Abstract/Summary:
FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3(FLT3)receptor internal tandem duplication(ITD)mutation is a common types mutation of acute myeloid leukemia,it has the characteristics including higher count peripheral white blood cell,high rate of bone marrow primitive and immature cells,low induced relieving rate,high recurrence rate,poor prognosis and long-term survival short.For many reasons,the treatment effect of FLT3 tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)is not satisfactory,and the effect of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is satisfactory either.In recent years,the research of microRNA is developing rapidly.Micro RNA will be an attractive breakthrough in the treatment strategy of FLT3-ITD mutation positive acute myeloid leukemia.In this article,we summarized the research progress of microRNA in FLT3-ITD mutation positive acute myeloid leukemia,and discussing microRNA plays an important role in the etiology,diagnosis and prognosis of acute leukemia.
