Objective: DTX2(Protein deltex-2,also known as E3 ubiquitin protein ligases,is detected by immunohistochemical staining.Expression of DTX2 gene in 82 cases of papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Carcinoma(PTC)and its adjacent tissues(> 2 cm from the edge of cancer tissue)in normal thyroid tissues.To investigate the expression of DTX2 in thyroid tissues of papillary thyroid carcinoma and its adjacent normal thyroid tissues and its association with age,sex,tumor size,multifocal tumor,cervical lymph node Nodal metastasis,extraglandular thyroid invasion and TNM staging.Methods:The subjects of the study were patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(both of which were confirmed by intraoperative frozen operation and were consistent with postoperative pathology)who were hospitalized in Nanhu Hospital of Shengjing Hospital,affiliated to China Medical University,from September 2016 to March 2017.The expression of DTX2 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in the specimens of thyroid carcinoma and normal thyroid tissues adjacent to their own carcinomas.According to the percentage of positive cells and the intensity of staining,D was expressed by the product of the percentage of positive cells and the score of staining intensity.The expression intensity of TX2 was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software package.The relationship between the expression of DTX2 and clinicopathological features in thyroid papillary carcinoma and normal thyroid tissues adjacent to thyroid carcinoma was investigated.Results:The DTX2 immunoreactive substance was located on the cell membrane.The high level of DTX2 X2 expression was found in the cell membrane of the papillary thyroid carcinoma,the positive rate was 69.51,and the positive rate was 69.51 in the adjacent normal thyroid tissue,and the expression of DTX2 was almost negative in the adjacent normal thyroid tissue.Only a few normal thyroid follicular epithelial cells were scattered in the membrane and expressed weakly in the cell membrane.The positive rate was 9.76%.There was a significant difference in the expression of DTX2 protein between papillary thyroid carcinoma and normal thyroid tissue adjacent to thyroid carcinoma(P < 0.05).There was a correlation between the expression of DTX2 protein and the age of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma,< 45 years old.The positive expression rate of DTX2 was significantly higher in patients than that in 45 years old group(P < 0.05).DTX2 expression was not correlated with lymph node metastasis,sex,tumor size,number of lesions,thyroid extraglandular invasion and TNM stage.Conclusion: The overexpression of DTX2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma may play a role in the pathogenesis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.The expression of DTX2 may be related to the age of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.It is consistent with the clinical incidence of papillary thyroid carcinoma in people under 45 years of age.
