The Cross Region Comparison And Analysis Of Laboratory Diagnostic Tests Price

Objective: This paper compares and analyses the price level of laboratory diagnostic tests in 13 provinces or municipality in China,inspects the provincial differences of the price of diagnostic tests,and though making questionnaire surveys to clinical experts,we try to provide opinions to price adjustment of laboratory diagnostic tests.Method: We collect representative laboratory diagnosis price of 13 provinces and clinical expert questionnaire,collate and generalize the data and carry on the statistic analysis using SPSS20.0 software.Result: The results of regional price analysis show that,from the overall level,the price of laboratory diagnostic tests is unbalanced,the price level of the Northeast region is high and the Jiangsu and Zhejiang area is low.For each classification price level,the difference of the price of the clinical immunization items is the largest,followed by clinical chemistry,clinical microbiology and clinical examination.The major items of provincial price differences include cytological examination of bone marrow smear,cerebrospinal fluid oligonucleotide electrophoresis,determination of carbohydrate antigen,various interleukin and antibody against neutrophil cytoplasm,quantitative test of conventional drug susceptibility and blood culture and identification.According to the results of Liaoning Province price adjustment questionnaire,it is generally recommended that the current price should be raised for the lower-ranking project(especially clinical examination)of Liaoning province.And for the 40 items which the price of Liaoning province ranked top three,according to price adjustment opinion from experts,24 of them can consider to reduce the current price.Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the provincial price level of the laboratory diagnostic tests,the article can provide some reference for the price adjustment opinions for Liaoning Province.All regions should actively promote the implementation of the 2012 edition of the National Medical Service Price Specification,cancel the relationship between the testing instruments,reagents,methods and prices,form an objective and operable price formation mechanism,and set up a national unified laboratory diagnosis fee guidance.
