ObjectiveCoronary heart disease(CHD)has become one of the important diseases that threaten the health of human life, and its poor prognosis brings spiritual and material loss and burden to patients, their families and society.Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients is distributed in all age groups. To prevent or delay the onset of disease in targeted populations,by studying the risk factors of young AMI patients and the characteristics of coronary artery disease,it is hoped that the patients' primary prevention will be improved and the proportion of young people with the disease will be reduced.MethodsThe patients with AMI parallel coronary angiography were selected from January 2012 to December 2017 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University.A total of 130 patients with age of less than or equal to 44 years old was enrolled in the youth group, with an average age of(38.7±4.9).The average age of the patients aged greater than 44 years old was the median age group, with an average age of(62.9±10.8).Collection of two groups of patients in the hospital medical records, including gender, age, body mass index, smoking history, family history of CHD,whether to have high blood pressure and diabetes, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, total cholesterol, total cholestero l,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, neck artery color doppler echocardiography and coronary angiography results, comparing two groups of differences in risk factors and coronary artery lesion characteristics.ResultsAbout risk factors,in the elderly group compared to the proportion of young men, smoking history, family history of CHD and neck artery colour to exceed without an even greater percentage of plaques,BMI,TG,TC level are higher, youth coronary double teams and multivessel lesions in the higher percentage of hypertension and diabetes. In patients with coronary artery lesion characteristics, youth coronary artery lesions and higher percentage of the single lesion, pathological changes of coronary ratio from high to low in turn for the LAD?RCA?LCX?LM,higher percentage of thrombus pathological changes,on average less number of coronary artery stent implantation, the required support length is smaller. Conclusion 1.The risk factors of patients with youth, proportion of male, have an even greater percentage of smoking history and family history of CHD?BMI?TC and TG levels are higher, illustrate the above risk factors impact on the youth the onset of AMI is bigger, therefore, smoking cessation, weight control and the TC and TG levels helps to reduce youth to the occurrence of AMI.2.Youth in AMI patients with double teams and multivessel coronary artery disease, hypertension and diabetes, higher proportion shows that these two risk factors associated with complex multivessel lesions, therefore, the positive control their blood pressure, blood sugar levels and help reduce the complexity and multivessel disease proportion, reduce the risk of patients.3.The proportion of thrombosis in the youth group is higher, therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the strengthening of antithrombotic therapy in young patients.4.Youth the complexity of the coronary artery lesion characteristics in patients with relatively lower compared with middle-aged and old, active treatment can get better clinical effect and prognosis, therefore,to young patients more attaches great importance to and actively processing.
