Objective To observe the effect of eerdun wurili preconditioning on myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury in rats(MIRI)oxidative stress.Methods A total of 72 healthy male SD rats were randomly grouped,namely: sham operation group,myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model group,eerdun pill low,medium and high dose group and compound Danshen dripping pill group,6 group,12 rats in each group.Each group were administered Ig pretreatment,dosage of eerdun pill low,medium and high dose group were 0.3,0.6,1.2g/kg,0.5g/kg in Compound Danshen dripping pill group,sham operation group and model group were given normal saline,rats were administered volume 10ml/kg,2 times a day,continuous administration of Ig 2 weeks.12 hours after the last administration,the model group and the treated groups of rats by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 minutes,then loose line reperfusion for 2 hours to establish myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model,sham operation group only surgical thread,without ligation.After reperfusion,the blood and heart tissue were taken,serum levels of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels of myocardial tissue;detection of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT)activity and total the level of antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),detection of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and nitric oxide(NO)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content.Results compared with sham operation group,model group rats serum CK,LDH and AST levels were significantly increased(P<0.01),eerdun wurili in high-dose group,serum CK,LDH and AST levels were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01);compared with the sham operation group,myocardial tissue the rats in the model group in SOD,GSH-Px,CAT activity and T-AOC level and NOS,NO content decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the content of MDA increased(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the myocardial tissue in rats Wurilege eerdun dose SOD,GSH-Px,CAT and T-AOC were significantly increase(P<0.01);compared with the model group significantly increased the content of NOS eerdun pill in the high dose group in myocardium of rats(P<0.01);compared with the model group significantly increased the content of NO in myocardial tissue of rats Wurilegao eerdun dose(P<0.01);and Compared to the model group significantly decreased the content of MDA in myocardial tissue of rats Wurilege eerdun dose(P<0.01).Conclusion eerdun Pill on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats can inhibit oxidative stress,the mechanism may be that eerdun pill can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes,improve the oxygen free radical scavenging ability,inhibition of oxygen free radicals,improve antioxidant capacity through the protective effect on rat MIRI.
