Objectives 1 To evaluate the shear strength of two universal adhesivesondentin,SinglebondTM Universal adhesive(SB)and All-Bond Universal adhesive(AB),with the fifth generation of self-etching Clearfil SE Bond(SE)adhesives serve as controls. To provide a theoretical basis for improving clinical dental resin adhesive repair technology;to provide theoretical support for the dentist to obtain a more solid adhesive repair effect;to promote the development of dentin adhesive;to meet the needs of patients with beautiful and durable dental restoration.2 Comparing the strength of dentin closure with SinglebondTM Universal adhesive(SB)and All-Bond Universal adhesive(AB).can provide theoretical guidance for dentists in selecting dentin adhesive for dentin hypersensitivity;Provides a more comfortable and quick desensitization experience;provides clues for evaluating the performance of general-purpose adhesives;and lays the foundation for early realization of the multifunctionality of adhesives. Methods 1 75 healthy and fresh impacted teeth removed within one month were selected. After cleaning, teeth and neck were embedded in the self-curing resin and the crown was exposed. The buccal enamel area was removed. The bonding model was randomly divided into 5 groups(n=15): SBS group(SB self-etching method),SBE group(SB acid etching-rinsing method),ABS group(AB self-etching method),ABE group(AB acid etching-rinsing method)and SE group(self-etching method),strictly in accordance with the operating procedures and procedures of each binder specification, conventional layered filling of composite resin, preparation of a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 3mm and a height of 3mm.After soaking in physiological saline at 37°C for 24 hours, all samples were passed through a DZS-III hard and brittle material performance tester to test the shear strength.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS 17.0 software.2 In accordance with the inclusion criteria,50 fresh healthy wisdom teeth removed within one month were selected. After cleaning, the enamel of the isolated teeth was uniformly removed and the 1mmx2 mm dentin surface was exposed. The sample teeth were randomly divided into 5 groups.(n=10),Group I(SB monolayer treatment),Group II(SB bilayer treatment),Group III(AB monolayer treatment),Group IV(AB bilayer treatment),Group V(blank control),strict after processing each group of samples according to the standard flow chart, the sample crown was immersed in 2% methylene blue for 6 hours and then washed out.The teeth were removed from the root tip to the occlusal surface layer by layer under a stereo microscope. After the tissues were found to be blue stained spots, the teeth were cut open from the buccal tongues, the penetration distance was measured with a vernier caliper, and the data were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results 1 The average shear strengths of SBS group,SBE group,ABS group,ABE group and SE group were 8.48±2.27 MPa,12.41±1.98 MPa,7.84±1.63 MPa,10.54±2.55 MPa,and 7.53±1.70 MPa,respectively.One-way analysis of variance yielded F = 15.236,P = 0.000,indicating that there was a statistically significant difference between the five groups.Further LSD test pairwise comparison showed that the shear strength of SE group was the smallest, the difference between ABS group and SE group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between SBS group and SE group(P>0.05),ABS group Compared with SBS group, there was no significant difference in shear strength(P>0.05).The shear strength of the SBE group was the highest among the 5 groups and was significantly different from the ABE group(P<0.05), and was significantly different from the SE group(P<0.05).The shear strength of the SBE group was lower than that of the ABS group. The SBS group was significantly higher(P<0.05);ABE group adhesion strength was significantly higher than the ABS group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 In the SB monolayer treatment group, the SB double-layer treatment group, the AB monolayer treatment group, the AB double-layer treatment group and the blank control group, the average penetration distances of the methylene blue were 3.59±0.38 mm,2.32±0.65 mm,and 3.80±0.78 mm.2.78±0.51 mm,5.72±1.44 mm.Single factor analysis of variance obtained F = 24.407,P = 0.000,the use of Dunnett's T3 test multiple comparisons showed that group I,group II,group III,group IV compared with thegroup V was statistically significant(P<0.05);The osmotic value of group I was higher than that of group II and IV,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the osmotic value of group III was higher than that of group II and IV,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between group III and group III(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between group II and group IV(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 SinglebondTM Universal Adhesives have the highest shear strength in the etch-rinse process;in the etch-rinse bond mode, the shear strength of SinglebondTM Universal adhesives is significantly greater than that of All-Bond Universal adhesives;in the self-etching bond mode No significant difference in shear strength between SinglebondTM Universal Adhesive,All-Bond Universal Adhesive and Clearfil SE Bond Adhesive;Adhesion Strength of All-Bond Universal Adhesive in Self-Eroding Bonding Mode Less than its etching-flushing mode.2 There was a significant difference in the penetration distance of methylene blue between the four experimental groups and the blank control group, indicating that SinglebondTM Universal Adhesive and All-Bond Universal Adhesive can effectively seal the dentin and can be used to treat dentine hypersensitivity in theory. For these two types of general-purpose adhesives, regardless of the type of adhesive, the double-layer adhesive application method has a better sealing effect on dentin than a single-layer application method.SingletonTM Universal Adhesive and All-Bond Universal Adhesive, two universal adhesives, have no significant difference in dentin sealing effect.
