| Objectives Through examining a large number of literatures,we have a deep understanding of the latest progress in diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules in theory,and in the clinic,we observe the clinical efficacy of thyroid fights prescription in the treatment of thyroid nodule liver depression Tan Ning,and look at the clinical advantage of syndrome differentiation decoction in the treatment of thyroid nodule,for the clinical treatment of thyroid nodule liver depression Tan Ning to provide the new treatment idea.Methods 70 patients with thyroid nodules are there in the clinic of Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine that conform to the inclusion criteria of the thyroid nodule and liver depression Tan Ning,were divided into the treatment group and control group in two groups by using random digital table method and 35 cases in each group.Both groups on the foundation treatment,the treatment group was treated with the thyroid fights prescription,a dose of daily dose by water decoction,and have the warm prescription with 2 times after dinner in the morning and evening,250 ml/time;the control group has the left-handed thyroxine tablets with each time at 12.5ug and once a day;The two groups were both treated eight weeks for a period of treatment with continuous treatment,and we need compare and analyze the relevant indicators of before and after treatment(thyroid nodule diameter,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome effect,etc),as well as the safety indicators(routine blood test,thyroid function test,liver and kidney function test,etc).All of the data is analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results In the course of the study,the three cases of treatment groups and the five cases of control groups dropped out of the experiment because of giving up halfway or losting to follow-up,so the sample size which was finalliy included in the statistical results are a total of 62 cases in the treatment group 32 cases and the control group 30 cases.In this study,the results of various indicators by the statistical analysis were as follows:(1)The general data analysis: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in terms of sex,age and course of illness(P>0.05).(2)The diameter of thyroid nodules:(comparison in the within-group)the results of comparison before and after treatment are both a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);(comparison between groups)the treatment group was better than the control group by comparing the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).(3)TCM syndrome integral comparison:(comparison in the withingroup)the results of comparison before and after treatment are both a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);(comparison between groups)the treatment group was much better than the control group by comparing the two groups after the treatment(P<0.001).(4)Clinical efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group which was 87.5% was better than it which the control group's total effective rate was 66.7%(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group which was 90.62% was much better than it which the control group's total effective rate was 53.33%(P<0.01).(6)Comparison of safety indicators: the various safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment are within the normal range and the adverse reactions were not observed.Conclusions In the treatment group,the clinical curative effect of the thyroid fights prescription is significantly better than the left-handed thyroxine tablets of the control group in the forms of the thyroid nodule diameter,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome effect.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a more evident advantage in improving patient's clinical symptoms of the thyroid nodule liver depression Tan Ning,and may delay the progress of thyroid nodules. |
