Background:Patients with acute stroke is showing a growing trend, and acute ischemic stroke patients all accounts for about 80%,but due to various reasons, patients often miss the prime time of intravenous thrombolysis(within 4.5 h).According to a recent study in China about 20% of the patients in the onset of three hours to the emergency room,12.6%of the patients suitable for thrombolysis treatment, only 2.4% of patients for thrombolytic therapy, which use the rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis therapy is only 1.6% and within the United States, the proportion of intravenous thrombolysis is only 4.3%.Therefore endovascular therapy has been more and more taken seriously, based on our different endovascular treatment approaches for patients with acute ischemic stroke, the outcomes were summarized. Objective:To explore the therapy effects of different treatment methods and different risk factors on the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the 42 patients who were in occlusion of the anterior circulation artery, and the clinical data of 85 with acute cerebral infarction patients who were under endovascular treatment in 2016.1-2017.11,and the results and the follow-up results were analyzed and summarized.Results:1.Patients in occlusion of the anterior circulation artery with stent implantation were superior to the other group in a 3-month mRS 0-2 score(p<0.05);the thrombectomy group without orthotopic stenosis patients, postoperative 24 hours NIHSS score decreased more significantly(p < 0.05).2.The clinical therapy effect of the bridging and thrombectomy groups have not been seen obvious statistical significance, but different subgroup analysis showed that the use of intermediate catheter, age < 55,patients without high blood pressure may get higher revenues from the endovascular treatment.Conclusion:1.Patients with orthotopic stenosis under stent implantation may make patients get more profits, and the use of intraoperative and postoperatie antiplatelet drugs did not increase the risk of associated bleeding complications2.Thrombectomy and bridging therapy on long-term prognosis in patients with complications were not seen statistical significance, but different subgroup level, the choice of different methods may b e the prognosis of the patients with certain implications,so strict selection and precise individualized treatment can benefit more patients.
