[Aim]Spleen omentum transplantation after splenectomy is an effective way to protect the spleen function, which is now mainly applied to splenic trauma.Surgical operation and administration of patients during perioperative period are important to survival status of spleen omentum-transplanted tissue and effect of functional recovery. To evaluate the survival and efficacy of spleen omentum-transplanted tissue after splenectomy in children owing to trauma, this paper does relative research so as to provide reference value regarding the key of operation, matters needing attention as well as the necessity of operation.[Method]During the period of August 2010 and December 2017,our hospital has accepted and treated children with splenic rupture. This paper selects fifty-seven cases of splenectomy which were operated by spleen omentum transplantation;sixteen cases of conventional treat;eleven cases of only splenectomy due to splenic rupture;thirty-two cases of healthy ones. The patients operated by spleen omentum transplantation after splenectomy were regarded as observation groups, while the rest were control groups.B-ultrasonic reexamination of the transplanted spleen tissues was made.Blood routine examination and immunologic function examination were made for all patients.By using SPSS 22.0,grouped data were processed by statistics.[Results]The B-ultrasonic examination shows that different numbers of hypoechoic nodules can be seen in operated omentums of abdominal cavity, which have regular shape, though the boundary is not clear enough and the internal echo is not so well-distributed.By using CDFI,we can see the signal of venous blood flow in low speed is in tuberal areas and then it flows back together to omentum vein.Based on the statistical analysis, this paper finds the differences among five indexes, including blood platelet,C4,lgA,lgM and lgG.Through further pairwise comparison of five different indexes, results show that normal groups and spleen transplantation are different from conventional groups and splenectomy groups regarding blood platelet. The splenectomy groups in C4 are different from the rest groups. The splenectomy groups and normal groups in lgA are different from the spleen transplantation groups and conventional groups.Regarding lgM,splenectomy groups are different from the conventional ones. And the splenectomy groups are different from the rest groups in lgG.[Conclusion]1.Different degrees of survival statusof spleen omentum-transplanted tissue after splenectomy of children.2.Blood platelet,C4,lgA,lgM and lgG have statistical significance, through which we can see the effects of spleen omentum transplantation after splenectomy of children and its clinical significance to the recovery of blood platelet and immunologic function to ill children.3.Spleen omentum-transplanted tissue after splenectomy of children is effectual.
