Energy is one of important material bases of human society development, which is related to national development and national strategic competitiveness. With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, people's living standard is improving continuously. It promotes the rapid development of health care industry in our country. The energy consumption of hospitals also rise sharply. The comprehensive energy consumption per unit area of hospital is the heighest in all the large public buildings. The energy systemenergy of hosipital has great energy-saving space, thus the energy management of hospital in urgent needs to be improved. As a kind of scientific method for energy management, energy audit can reduce the cost of energy and improve the management level of the energy-using units. In this way,it can increase economic benefits. After carding the flow direction of energy consumption, analyzing the index of energy usage, examining the status of energy usage system, testing the efficiency of main system's energy usage, analyzing objectively the situation of energy consumption, finding the shortcomings of energy utilization,we could be able to put forward effective solutions. This thesis conducts energy audit for Hospital A to perform the energy management and analyze in detail the energy consumption system. It mainly include:calculating and analyzing detailedly of overall energy consumption typesand structure;neatening the energy consumption systems and finding the key ones;conducting the energy efficiency test for key energy consumption systems and discovering the energy conservation potential. The knowledge of project management and evaluation is applied to perform the technical and economy feasibility analysis in the thesis.it will point out the correct direction for the energy conservation actions of Hospital A and lay a solid foundation for the following energy project.
