This article clarifies the basic concepts of service marketing and related theories of service marketing through the literature research method,details the research status of service marketing at home and abroad,and uses the method of interview adjustment to understand the basic situation of ABC oral medical enterprises and analyzes them.The status quo of ABC dental enterprise service marketing,analyzing the problems in ABC oral medical enterprise service marketing,and analyzing the reasons,finally applying service marketing theory and combining the problems in service marketing,proposed ABC oral medical enterprise services Marketing promotion strategy.Has obtained the following several research conclusions:(1)On the basis of understanding the basic situation of ABC oral medical enterprises,analyzed the service marketing market,policies,economic,social and technological environment of ABC dental medical enterprises,and analyzed the three aspects of suppliers,consumers and competitors.The overall status of service marketing for ABC dental companies.(2)Analysing the problems existing in the service marketing of ABC oral medical enterprises,the following are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the business structure needs to be improved,themarketing price is not flexible enough,the marketing channels need to be integrated,the marketing levels are uneven,and the marketing resources are not developed.Perfected,and conducted a reason analysis.(3)Using 7Ps service marketing theory,the service marketing of ABC oral medical enterprises was proposed from the aspects of service product strategy,service price strategy,service channel strategy,service promotion strategy,service tangible display strategy,service personnel strategy and service process strategy.
