Objective:In the nearly 35 years of clinical,teaching and scientific research practice,Professor Zhang Fengmei has accumulated rich experience in prevention and treatment of the fundus throughout the eye,especially in Eales disease,and gradually formed a unique academic ideas.This thesis is based on the guidance of Professor Zhang Fengmei.To sort out the experience and results of Professor Zhang Fengmei's diagnosis and treatment of Eales disease for the first time.To make her academic ideas more systematic,so as to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of Eales disease.In order to better inherit and develop her academic ideas for the later scholars.Methods:1.Search for relevant literatures on the treatment of Eales disease between TCM and Integrative Medicine to understand the study progress of this disease.2.Through clinical visits,carefully writing about notes and emphasizing on teacher-student's exchanges,attempting to more comprehensively summarize the academic ideas of Professor Zhang Fengmei.3.Study the ancient books,such as "shenshiyaohao","zhengzhizhunshen","yanketanli",ect.to understand the sources of Professor Zhang Fengmei's academic ideas.4.Keep on the academic attitude,through repeated modification and verification,systematically and comprehensively displaying the academic ideas of Professor Zhang Fengmei.Results:1.This thesis was classified as six parts."Introduction of Mentor" Mainly introduced the basic situation of Professor Zhang Fengmei.2."Academic Ideas" were summarized as "the concept of holism,ascertaining the cause and determining treatment","the essence of Qi and Blood and Paying attentionto the application of drugs","using of ancient times and making innovations."3."Diagnosis and Treatment" were summarized as " the main disease differentiation and syndrome combination","caring for China and participating in the West and integration"," tonification and purgation in combination".4."Features of Medication" mainly collated 30 cases of Professor Zhang Fengmei's treatment of Eales disease,a total of 58 prescriptions,Preliminary statistics of Professor Zhang Fengmei's medication rule for this disease.5.The "Successful cases" selected three effective medical cases of Professor Zhang Fengmei's treatment of Eales disease.6.The "Appendix" has collected a review of some of the auxiliary examinations,the research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Eales disease,and the academic papers and scientific research published during the school.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fengmei diligently reads the classics and draws on the best of others.She has achieved outstanding results in clinical,teaching,and scientific research.2.Professor Zhang Fengmei is influenced by ancient books of Chinese medicine and emphasizes the concept of differentiation of the eye.She pays attention to the relationship between the eye and the blood in the treatment of Eales Disease.She emphasizes the application of Wind-dispelling drugs in Ophthalmology,absorbing the essence of modern and contemporary practitioners' treatment of Eales Disease,and forming a unique diagnosis and treatment system based on these.3.Professor Zhang Fengmei advances with the times,develops and innovates,she carries on the advantages of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Eales Disease.It is a people-oriented,attacking and supplementing,and treating disease completely.4.Professor Zhang Fengmei believes that "Dragonfly" runs through the blood of the fundus throughout the eye,qi and blood disorders are the main cause of the disease.Therefore,in the diagnosis and treatment of Eales Disease,she mainly focus on symptoms of eye and systemic mobilization,smoothing blood and flexible application of drugs.
