The Effect Of Nasal Irrigation On Nasal Mucosal Recovery And Ciliary Movement Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis(Spleen And Stomach)

Objective : This study is to through to chronic nasal sinusitis(spleen and stomach syndrome)patients with nasal endoscopic surgery using "the soup of tongqiaolishi" flushing nasal cavity,observe the postoperative recovery and nasal mucosa cilia movement.Methods : Selection in January 2017 to October 2017 hospitalized in our hospital otolaryngology,up to the standard of diagnosis of 66 cases of patients,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n= 33),two groups adopt Messerklinger operation,postoperative patients with homemade "the soup of tongqiaolishi" nasal wash,the control group by saline irrigation.Then observe: lishi decoction on chronic nasal sinusitis-(spleen and stomach syndrome)FESS surgery in patients with nasal rinse 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks of nasal mucosa recovery and the influence of nasal mucosa cilia movement,and then on two groups of flushing to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy of 12 weeks,after statistical analysis of the conclusions.Results:1.Kennedy Lund-score,the experimental group and control group of polyps,edema,nasal discharge,scabby and total score can be improved,nasal wash 4 weeks and 8 weeks,polyp score test group is superior to the control group(P < 0.05);The total score of nasal endoscopy was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.The transmission speed of nasal mucosa was superior to the control group(P < 0.05)at8 and 12 weeks after surgery.3.Symptom improvement aspect,the experimental group and the control group of nasal congestion,festering stuff,smell disorders,overall feeling and total score can be improved,such as smell disorders and overall feeling,two grades experimental group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);4.Two groups of patients after nasal irrigation comprehensive short-term curative effect of total effective rate was 100%,the cure rate of experimental group was 73%,control group cure rate was 53%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The soup of tongqiaolishi is used for postoperative nasal irrigation can reduce mucosal inflammatory edema,especially in the cavity mucous membrane outcome competition period reduce polyps and granulation tissue hyperplasia,accelerate the process of cavity mucosa epithelial chang;2.The soup of tongqiaolishi can be used for postoperative nasal irrigation to improve the transmission rate of nasal mucosal cilia and accelerate the recovery of mucous ciliary transmission function.3.The soup of tongqiaolishi is used for postoperative nasal irrigation,which can effectively improve the subjective symptoms,such as nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,and loss of smell,especially in the sense of smell and general feeling;4.The soup of tongqiaolishi is useful for postoperative nasal irrigation and can be used for clinical reference.
