ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Kunzao inverse tumor decoction combined with CHOP chemotherapy in treatment of primary diffuse large B cell lymphoma(Qi and phlegm)the quality of life of patients with lesion size, effect,TCM syndrome score and the side effects of chemotherapy, clinical effect and synergistic and attenuated effect evaluation of Kunzao decoction combined with inverse tumor CHOP regimen chemotherapy.Methods72 cases of diffuse large B cell malignant lymphoma diagnosed by histopathology were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=36).Control group(36 cases). The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Kunzao inverse tumor decoction, combined with CHOP regimen(cyclophos phamide doxorubicin vincristine),while the control group was treated with CHOP alone. After six treatment cycles,The changes of TCM clinical syndrome score, tumor size and KPS score and chemotherapy toxicity were observed in 72 patients of both groups before and after treatment. The results of the two groups were analyzed by spss20.0.ResultsAfter 6 cycles of treatment, the observed indexes of the two groups were analyzed byspss software as follows:1.Comparison of TCM syndromes integral: there was no significant difference in TCM syndromes score between the treatment group(modified CHOP regimen)and the control group(control group). After treatment, the TCM syndromes integral in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment, and there was significant difference in TCM syndromes integral in the statistical analysis group. The difference of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant before and after treatment: the difference of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was comparable in the clinical symptom improvement rate of TCM.In aspect, the two groups have obvious difference, have statistical significance.2.Comparison of tumor treatment: before treatment, there was no significant difference in tumor size between the two groups by statistical analysis. The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant, while the tumor size in control group(simple CHOP regimen)was also decreased after treatment. The difference of tumor size before and after treatment was statistically significant, and there was significant difference between the two groups.RR(objective effective rate)and DCR(stable disease)of the two groups were also statistically significant. There were significant differences between the two groups, and the treatment group was larger than the control group, which indicated that the treatment group(CHOP regimen)was superior to the control group in terms of tumor reduction(simple CHOP regimen).3.Comparison of quality of life score: there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before and after treatment. The total quality of life score in the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment, but there were still some cases decreased. The difference in the quality of life score between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment. The improvement rate of QOL score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the effective rate of improving QOL score was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically significant.Tumor-modified CHOP regimen was effective in the treatment of diffuse large B cell tumor, and was superior to that of CHOP alone.4.Comparison of side effects after chemotherapy: there were no abnormalities in liver and kidney function, blood routine examination and so on.After treatment, and leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and hemoglobin were observed in the two groups.Nausea vomiting, neurotoxicity, liver and kidney dysfunction, and so on,both groups had related toxic reactions.According to statistics, the number of side effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with leukocytopenia and thrombocytopenia. The difference in digestive tract reaction was statistically significant, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the damage of liver and kidney function and neurotoxicity. There was no differencein liver and kidney function damage and neurotoxicity between the two groups.Conclusion1.Treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(Qi stagnation and phlegm coagula tion type)with modified Kun Zao inverse tumor decoction combined with CHOP regimen has more advantages in reducing tumor body and improving clinical symptoms, and can obviously improve the effective rate of treatment.2.KT can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life, and give play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).3.In the clinical treatment of diffuse large B cells,if the syndrome differentiation is qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation type,it is scientific basis to choose to add traditional Chinese medicine decoction Kunzao anti-tumor decoction treatment.
