Analysis Of Meridian Characteristics From The Skin Surface Temperature And Potential Before And After Transmission Along Meridians

Objective:By observing the changes in the surface temperature and potential of the skin on the acupoints before and after the appearance of the sensation,this is to verify that the tutor's hypothesis of the "meridian essence" that"only when the fasciae present linear excitement is the biophysical properties of" high temperature "and" high potential "on the surface of the skin,the skin is also a 'special fascia'",and then analyze the characteristics of the meridians.Methods:Experiment 1:To observe the corresponding transmission before and after the emergence of surface temperature changes:a total of 15 subjects.Select 1 subjects,along the back side of the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang(Feishu,Xinshu,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu)tank,collecting tank,tank before go away immediately after,3 minutes and 5 minutes to go to the back of infrared thermography,compare cupping changes before and after the corresponding temperature were selected;3 subjects were selected respectively,the back side of the bladder meridian,the calf of Shaoyang-gallbladder meridian and the forearm of large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming acupuncture,electro acupuncture by using the method of short-range relay meridian induced straight to produce meridian,acupuncture needles were collected before and immediately after and three minutes to go through infrared thermography,Compare transmission and surface temperature changes.Acupoint selection:Bladder meridian:Feishu,Xinshu,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu;gall Shaoyang meridians:Yanglingquan,Yangjiao,Waiqiu,Guangming,Yang Fu,Xuanzhong;large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming:Pianli,Wenliu,Xialian,Shanglian and Shousanli.A total of 5 subjects were selected to do 100 leg stretches quickly.The infrared thermal images of legs at the end,5 minutes,and 10 minutes before and after stretching were collected to compare the changes of body surface temperature before and after stretching.Bladder meridian:Yinmen,weizhong,heyang,chenjin,chenshan.Experiment 2:The changes of skin potential values before and after the onset of sensory transmission were observed:the BL-420F biological function test system was used to detect the skin potential of the acupoints before and after sensory transmission.As the reference electrode,we selected the meridian points of the large intestine of the hand-Yangming large intestine and the three stimulation points on the non meridian line as the detection point to detect the skin potential value of the acupoint before and after the sense of the sensation.After acupuncture,it was induced by meridian tapping,acupuncture induced by meridian and short distance relay through electroacupuncture.The experimental data were arranged and the skin potential values of the acupoints before and after the occurrence of the sensation were statistically analyzed.Acupoint selection:large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming:Hegu,Yangxi,Pianli,Wenliu,Shousanli.Non acupoints:non acupoints one:the middle point of the connection between Yangxi and Yangchi.Non meridian two:the middle point of the connection between pianli and zhigou.Non meridian three:the middle point of the connection between wenliu and sanyangluo.Results:Experiment 1:To observe the sensation of skin temperature changes before and after the emergence of the corresponding results:(1)The back of the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang cupping:through the cupping,before and after 3 minutes to go and go 5 minutes,compare with average skin temperature,the average temperature can rise with the rise of temperature,to 3 minutes after the average temperature increased to 5 minutes,mean temperature drop,but still higher than the average temperature value before cupping.(2)?Changes in the temperature of the back and back of the bladder meridian through the sensory transmission:the immediate marking temperature of the 3 subjects decreased before the induction of the sensory transmission;I subjects continued to decrease after 3 minutes of the needle and the other 2 subjects more immediately,but still did not exceed the prepass.? The temperature changes before and after the transmission of the calf of Shaoyang-gallbl adder meridian:The immediate marking temperature of the 3 subjects decreased as compared with that before the induction;1 subjects continued to decrease after 3 minutes,and 2 subjects were slightly higher than before,1 subjects of them exceeded the prepass.?Changes in the temperature of the forearm large intestine before and after the transmission of the sensation:the immediate marking temperature of the 3 subjects decreased before the induction of the sensory transmission,and 3 minutes after the needle rose,1 subjects exceeded the sense of transmission,and the other 2 subjects did not exceed the prepass.(3)After stretching,the muscles in the back of the leg become acid,which is similar to the sensation of "sensation".The average temperature values of the skin before and after stretching,5 minutes and 10 minutes were compared.The average temperature values of the skin were reduced immediately after 5 subjects were stretched,and the average temperature of the skin increased in 3 subjects for 5 minutes,and 5 subjects increased in 10 minutes,among which 3 subjects were higher than the average.Before stretching.Experiment 2:The changes of the skin potential value of the acupoints before and after the occurrence of sensory transmission are observed:the data are in accordance with the normal distribution through the statistical analysis of the potential value before and after the transmission of the meridian and the three stimulation points on the non meridian line,and the value of the potential value before and after the stimulation is statistically poor.The difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The moving canister on the surface of the meridian can induce the"igh temperature band"along meridians,stimulate the deep fascia under the skin of the meridians,and appear the "low temperature zone" on the surface of the skin.2.The traditional meridians have no "high potential" characteristics corresponding to the "quiet" state of the skin surface.Only when the"ensory transmission"occurs can the "igh potential" appear.3.The stimulation of the non meridian can also cause the change of the potential increase,which shows that the induction of linear excitement in the fasciae can show the same characteristics as the traditional meridians.4.If the tutor's theory of the nature of meridians hypothesis is confirmed,for the development of Chinese medicine theory in the new era provides new train of thought,but also can guide the presence of other clinical acupuncture and moxibustion therapy series,such as thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding,acupuncture tendons,abdominal acupuncture,navel needling,float needling,intradermal needling,dry needling,acupuncture at the point of pain,etc.
