| Objective:The systematic evaluation method was used to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of different Chinese medicine treatment measures for the treatment of myasthenia gravis,so as to provide powerful and reliable basis for clinical application research of Chinese medicine MG.Methods:Formulated a scientific and reasonable search strategy, using a combination of computer retrieval and manual retrieval, retrieved CNKI China Journal Full-text Database,VIP News Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Database and Wanfang Database(January 2007-January 2017)Medical treatment MG randomized controlled trials(Chinese/English),including all published and unpublished journal articles, dissertations, related conference papers, research reports, and various briefings. The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and assessed for quality and risk of bias. The data of the included literature were extracted, including interventions: the treatment group was Chinese medical treatment(including traditional Chinese medicine decoction, granules, ointment, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, massage, massage, and the Chinese patent medicine did not include Chinese herbal extract injection),and the control group adopted Modern medical treatment(any kind of drug is not limited),the time of initiation of treatment, administration route, dose, and course of treatment are not limited.Data analysis was performed using statistical RevMan 5.3 software.P-values and I2 were used for heterogeneity testing. The corresponding effect model was selected based on the size of the heterogeneity.Different effect quantities were selected according to the type of the research indicators. In order to be classified into two categories of data for efficiency,a meta-analysis should be carried out to combine the effector RR and the95% confidence interval.Through the mapping of forests, the anomalies between the studies should be discovered and the sensitivity analysis should be used to explore thesources of heterogeneity. The effect of the uncertainty of the use method on the stability of the results, and finally the use of a funnel plot to determine the size of publication bias for more than 10 studies. Results:A total of 71 randomized controlled trials and 4773 patients were included in the analysis. All the 71 studies were published in Chinese, including 62 dissertations,6 dissertations, and 3 conference dissertations.Patients with myasthenia gravis were classified as I,II,and ocular muscles. On average,67 subjects were included in each study. The sample size was 18 and the largest was 241.All subjects included 2399 men and 2374 women. The youngest was 1 year old and 2 months old.The oldest was 70 years old,and the shortest course was 2 days.In the 42-year-long study,64 interventions in the research and experimental group all contained astragalus components, and the remaining two studies were single-flavoured nuxuezi powder, two studies were Yiqi-Tongluo prescriptions, and three studies were ginseng-powerful dispersion and thunderclap.Rattan glycosides,Jumbo pills.Of the 71 studies, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group consisted of 66 single Chinese medicines, and 5 studies using traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture included a total of 5 intervention control types.Effectiveness was used as an evaluation index of clinical efficacy, subtypes were based on the type of treatment, and finally 5 meta-analyses were performed,of which 4 were statistically significant.Although TCM syndrome differentiation is complex and prescriptions are diverse, from the results of this study,it was found that of the 71 studies,64 interventions in the study group contained astragalus components, and approximately 90% of interventions contained astragalus, and their decoctions were supplemented by The Yiqi Decoction was the main ingredient, and the traditional Chinese medicines were prepared with astragalus compound preparations;24 studies were conducted to summarize the safety indicators through data analysis and analysis. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the 4 studies and the rest of the studies recorded differences. The degree of adverse reactions and indicators were abnormal.Among them, the most frequent ones were gastrointestinal reactions and steroid-related obesity.Safety evaluations were performed on two symptoms of adverse reactions, namely gastrointestinal discomfort and hormonal obesity.Decoction combined with Western medicine and Western medicine were used for meta-analysis.The results showed that the incidence of gastrointestinal gastrointestinal discomfort caused by Chinese herbal decoction combined with western medicine was significantly lowerthan that of western medicine alone. The main drug is astragalus. Conclusions: 1 Traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese patent medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and Western medicine treatment of MG are more advantageous than clinical use of Western medicine in terms of clinical efficacy and safety.2 Due to the possibility of publication bias,a high-quality randomized controlled trial RCT is needed for further verification. |
