Objectives:We studied 27 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS)diagnosed by polysomnography(PSG)who were treated 3 months with continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP).To measured the level of serum soluble E-selectin?intercellular cell adhesion molecule(ICAM-1)?vascularendothelliar growth factor(VEGF),before and after CPAP treatment. The purpose of this study was to the CPAP theraphy in patients with OSAHS endothelial injury intervention effect. Methods:Randomly selected from September 2015-September 2017 admitted in our Department with non-OSAHS 16 patients and OSAHS 27 patients diagnosed by PSG,excluding the poor of compliance and omission patients.According to apnea hypopnea index(AHI)were divided into mild-moderate group and severe group, those diagnosed OSAHS were commenced on CPAP used>4 h/night and 5>d/week and had blood samples collected in before and after 3 months treatment, detecting the change of serum soluble E-selectin?ICAM-I?VEGF expression level.Results:1.Compared with severe OSAHS group and non-OSAHS group, the apnea-hypopnea index?lowest oxygen satuation?longest apnea-hypopnea time than non-OSAHS group severity.Compared with mild-moderate OSAHS group and non-OSAHS group, the apnea-hypopnea index?lowest oxygen satuation than non-OSAHS group severity,P<0.05,the difference between groups was satistically significant. There was no significant difference between the other groups.2.Compared with before the treatment severe OSAHS groups and non-OSAHS group, the levels of E-selectin?ICAM-1?VEGF have significantly increased.Compared with before the treatment mild-moderate OSAHS group and non-OSAHS,the concentration E-selectin and VEGF have significantly increased,P<0.05,the difference between groups was satistically significant. There was no significant difference between the other groups.3.After 3 months of CPAP treatment with mild-moderate OSAHS and severe OSAHS,E-selectin levels were not obvious change,P>0.05,the difference between groups was no satistically significant.4.After 3 months of CPAP treatment with mild-moderate OSAHS and severe OSAHS,ICAM-1 levels were not obvious change,P>0.05,the difference between groups was no satistically significant.5.After 3 months of CPAP treatment with mild-moderate OSAHS?severe OSAHS,VEGF levels were significantly decreased,P<0.05,the difference between groups was satistically significant.Conclusions:1.OSAHS patients the concentration of vascular endonthelial injury markers levels in E-selectin?ICAM-1?VEGF than non-OSAHS group were ascended, can addressed OSAHS patients has existed endothelial dysfunction.2.E-selectin?ICAM-1?VEGF endothelial cytockin involved in inflammation in patients with OSAHS.3.CPAP is the first method treatment of OSAHS,3 months of CPAP treatment has not obviously change E-selectin and ICAM-1 concentration. To addressed CPAP treatment can not intervene endothelial expression.3 months of CPAP treatment has beneficial decreased VEGF concentration. To addressed CPAP treatment can intervene endothelial dysfunction,so as to reduce the occurrence of OSAHS associated complications.
