[Objectives]:To explore the correlation between the expression of mismatch repair gene and the clinical and pathological features of sporadic colorectal cancer patients, and to find the independent risk factors for the deletion of mismatch repair gene in sporadic colorectal cancer. It provides important guidance for the detection of mismatch repair gene in patients with sporadic colorectal cancer.[Methods]:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical and pathological data of pathologically confirmed non-genetic colorectal cancer diagnosed in Yunnan Provincial Tumor Hospital between December 2015 and December 2017,including gender, age, ethnicity, gastrointestinal disease history, tumor site, differentiation, depth of tumor invasion, regional lymph nodes, distant metastasis, and MMR gene expression status.Divided into two groups:Normal MMR gene expression and MMR gene expression deficiency, univariate analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the two groups;multivariate analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors for the absence of MMR gene expression.Through SPSS 19.0 software,?2 test was used for single factor analysis and logical regression was used for multivariate analysis.P value less than 0.05 indicates statistical significance, and determine if the family has the potential to develop Lynch syndrome[Results]:1.There are 44 deletion of MMR protein expression in 465 patients with sporadic colorectal cancer, the deletion rate 9.5%.2.Age of onset, history of related gastro-intestinal diseases, location of tumors, degree of tumor differentiation, regional lymph node metastasis were significantly different in the two groups(t=8.012,P=0.0005;t=44.653,P=0.000;t=16.441,P=0.000;t=19.231,P=0.000;t=29.512,P=0.000);however,there was no significant difference among different ethnic groups, genders, degree of tumor invasion and distant metastasis(all P>0.05).Further multivariate analysis showed that there was a history of gastro-intestinal disease, the site of tumor was differentiation of the right colon, mucinous adenocarcinoma and silver ring cell carcinoma, and 1-3 regional lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors(OR=5.637,P=0.000;OR=0.394,P=0.017;OR=2.488,P=0.049;OR=2.309,P=0.000)[Conclusions]:1.A proportion of MMR protein deletion in sporadic colorectal patients in Yunnan.2.Among the patients with sporadic colorectal cancer,MMR protein deletion is more likely to occur when the age of onset is less than 50 years old,With related gastrointestinal diseases, the tumor site is mostly right colon, the degree of differentiation is mostly mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma, and most of them exist in patients with regional lymph node metastases.Gastrointestinal disease history, tumor differentiation, tumor location, and regional lymph node metastasis were independently associated risk factors for the deletion of mismatch repair genes.3.Detection of mismatch repair genes in patients with sporadic colorectal cancer may provide important guidance for judging the condition and prognosis of SCC.
