Objective:Objective to investigate the risk factors of pulmonary complications in women with lung adenocarcinoma after VATS.It provides a certain reference for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary complications of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma after VATS,reducing the incidence of pulmonary complications, improving the curative effect and the short term quality of life of the patients.Method:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 102 cases of female lung adenocarcinoma in our department from February 2015 to February 2018,analysis of age, complication(diabetes, hypertension),chronic smoking history(smoking index>400/year),preoperative albumin(ALB<35g/L),body mass index(BMI>28kg/m2),hand The correlation between operative time, operative method, intraoperative blood loss, range of resection and TNM staging were related to the occurrence of pulmonary complications in women with lung adenocarcinoma after VATS.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to carry out data processing.Single factor analysis was 2 test;multiple factor analysis was analyzed by Logistic regression analysis, and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Result:Single factor analysis showed that the elderly(>65 years old),long term large number of smoking(smoking index more than 400/year),pre operation diabetes,obesity(BMI>25 kg/m2),hypoalbuminemia(serum albumin<35 g/L),poor pulmonary function(FEV1/FVC<70%),operation time(>3 h),intraoperative blood loss(>500 ml)and hand The range of resection(lobectomy)was associated with postoperative pulmonary complications(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the main risk factors of PPC in female patients with lung adenocarcinoma after thoracoscopy were age, combined diabetes,albumin<35 g/L,FEV1/FVC<70%,operation time>3 h,and intraoperative blood loss of 500 ml(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative pulmonary complications of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma after VATS are related to a variety of risk factors. The operators should take reasonable and effective measures to improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications.
