ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, this study used Professor Yang Hongyong's self-made Xiaofeng Dewetting Decoction to treat allergic purpura, observed the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng Chushi Decoction in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, and used statistical methods to draw conclusions.Provide clinical basis for treatment of allergic purpura(HSP)with Xiaofeng Hushi Decoction.MethodUsing forward-looking research methods,a total of 56 patients with allergic purpura in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected. They were divided into Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and western medicine group:(1)compare the changes of symptom scores, urinalysis points and urine red blood cell counts before and after treatment in three groups;(2)compare the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after three groups of treatment;(3)Comparing the withdrawal rate of hormones after treatment between the two groups of Chinese and Western medicine and Western medicine;finally, using the statistical methods to calculate and analyze, according to the results, draw conclusions and write a thesis.Result(1)Comparison of symptom scores, urinalysis scores, and urine red blood cell counts: Significant differences in symptom scores, changes in urinalysis points, and urine red blood cell counts were observed before and after treatment in the three groups.Symptoms before and after treatment in the three groups were statistically significant. There was no significant differencein the change of scores and the comparison between the two groups;there was a statistically significant difference in the change of urinalysis scores between the three groups before and after treatment, and the differences between the two groups before and after treatment in the Chinese Medicine Group and the Western Medicine Group were greater than that of the Western Medicine Group; There was no significant difference in the change of urine red blood cell count between before and after treatment and between the two groups.(2)Comparison of clinical curative effects: There were 17 cases of allergic purpura patients in the Chinese medicine group, including 4 cases cured,4 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective, and 0 cases ineffective;the result was 23.52% of patients with anaphylactoid purpura in the Chinese medicine group.%,the significant efficiency is 23.52%,the effective rate is 52.94%,the invalid rate is 0%,and the total effective rate is 100%.There were 19 cases of allergic purpura in the Chinese and Western Medicine Group,of which 3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective, and 0 cases were ineffective. Results The cure rate of patients with anaphylactoid purpura in the Chinese and Western Medicine Group was 15.79%.42.11%,the effective rate is 42.11%,the invalid rate is 0%,and the total effective rate is 100%.There were 20 patients with anaphylactoid purpura in the Western medicine group,of which 1 was cured,5 were markedly effective,14 were effective, and 0 was ineffective. Results The cure rate of patients with anaphylactoid purpura in Western medicine group was 5%,and the markedly effective rate was 25%.The effective rate is 70%,the invalid rate is 0%,and the total effective rate is 100%.(3)Hormone withdrawal rate comparison: The median hormone withdrawal rate was 50% in the Chinese and Western medicine groups, and the median hormone withdrawal rate was 26.7% in the Western medicine group. The initial use of hormones in the Chinese and Western medicine groups was small, the average use was 14.21 mg,the maximum amount was 45 mg,and the minimum amount was 5mg;the western medicine group had large initial hormone usage, the average usage was 37.4mg,and the maximum amount was 65 mg,the minimum amount was 15 mg.Since the baseline of hormone use was not uniform at the beginning of the treatment in both groups,it was not possible to compare the hormone withdrawal rates of the Chinese and Western medicine groups and the Western medicine group.(4)Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of patients withanaphylactoid purpura in Chinese medicine group was 14.29% within 20 weeks;the relapse rate of patients with anaphylactoid purpura in Chinese and Western medicine group was 18.18% within 20 weeks;the relapse rate within 20 weeks of patients with anaphylactoid purpura in western medicine group was 71.43%.Conclusion(1)The clinical curative effect of Xiaofeng Dewetting Decoction in the treatment of allergic purpura is clear. It can reduce the symptom scores, urinalysis scores, and urine red blood cell counts of patients with anaphylactoid purpura, and is superior to hormone therapy in reducing urinalysis scores.(2)Treatment of allergic purpura with Xiaofeng Dewetting Decoction can reduce the use of hormones. The withdrawal rate of median hormones after 8weeks is 50%.(3)Xiaofeng dehumidification decoction is more stable in the treatment of allergic purpura, and the recurrence rate is low within 20 weeks.
