Objective:In this study, the state medicine methods have been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease, after which the conclusion of the specific clinical efficacy and the preliminary discussion of the mechanism could be achieved. The purpose of this study is to explore a better treatment of Parkinson's disease,to restore physical and mental health of patients, and to improve the quality of life, also to provide scientific basis for its clinical application, and to provide new ideas for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods:60 cases of patients met the criteria of Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into clinical state medicine research group and control group. With 3 cases expulsed, the final statistics included 28 cases in the control group, using Anti-Parkinson's disease drugs;29 cases of research group, using the methods adding with traditional Chinese medicine and psychological interventional therapy(SSRIs added on patients diagnosed with depressive episode),on the basis of the control group. The observation time was 3 months. The scores of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Traditional Chinese Medicine-Health Situation Scale(TCM-HSS)were evaluated before and 3 months after the intervention. Results:The research group using clinic state medicine has obtained ideal results in the aspects below.1.The improvement of motor function: The improvement of the UPDRS-?(motor function)of the two groups the improvement were more significant than before treatment(P<0.05),but result of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The psychological state: Although the UPDRS-I(mentation,behavior and mood)of both the research group and the control group did not significantly decrease(P>0.05),but in the HAMD and HAMA scale, the after-treatment score of the research group was significantly lower than before treatment, also the score was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01).3.The daily life quality: the score of UPDRS-?(activities of daily living)in the research group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and it was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The clinical symptoms: The scores of the items energy, pain, diet, defecate, sleep, mood and self-rated health of research group were significantly decreased after treatment, with significant differences(P<0.05).And for items energy,sleep,self-rated health, the research group obtained a more significant decrease than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the clinic state medicine methods we can effectively improve the motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease, and can better improve the psychological symptoms such as depression and anxiety, health situation in traditional Chinese medicine, also can improve the quality of daily life.It is proved that clinic state medicine is an effective way to treat Parkinson's disease with a propagable value.
