ObjectiveThe research and analysis of percutaneous ethanol injection and remove galls and stasis prescription in the treatment thyroid cyst safety and efficacy?MethodsCollection of 60 cases of thyroid cyst from the outpatient department of Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,Using random digital table method,divide into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,treatment group:Six weeks of traditional Chinese medicine after percutaneous ethanol injection,control group:simple percutaneous ethanol injection.The symptoms of thyroid nodules,thyroid function,blood routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation and electrocardiogram will examine before and after six weeks and twelve weeks after operation,Based on these results to research and analysis of percutaneous ethanol injection and remove galls and stasis prescription in the treatment thyroid cyst safety and efficacy.Results1.There are no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,number of nodules,nodule diameter,nodule volume and TCM symptom score in the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.twelve weeks after operation,the improvement of TCM symptom scores in the treatment group and the control group were compared,The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Six weeks after operation,the efficiency of the treatment group was86.6%,the effective rate of control group was 80%,the curative effect between the two groups,the treatment group has a slight advantage,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);twelve weeks after operation,the efficiency of the treatment group was 96.7%,the effective rate of control group was 83.3%,compared to two group the curative effect,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The thyroid function,blood routine,liver and kidney function,coagulation function and electrocardiogram were all normal in 60 patients at six weeks and twelve weeks after operation,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed during treatment.Conclusion1.The treatment of with Thyroid cyst percutaneous ethanol injection has a good effect.2.Percutaneous ethanol injection with remove galls and stasis prescription can promote the absorption of postoperative thyroid cyst.3.Percutaneous ethanol injection with remove galls and stasis prescription can Obviously improving the symptoms of the patient.4.The percutaneous ethanol injection and postoperative remove galls and stasis prescription in the treatment thyroid cyst no adverse reactions.
