Cardiovascular disease is a common disease that poses a serious threat to human health. The global mortality caused by cardiovascular diseases continues to increase.ECG signals are a direct response to heart activity and are the most effective way to analyze cardiovascular disease. At present, there are many research methods for ECG signals. In this paper, three types of ECG signals are analyzed experimentally using variant measurement methods. The experimental data sources are: MIT-BIH ECG data,ECG data provided by the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province, and ECG data provided by the People’s Hospital of Xishan of Wuxi. The MIT-BIH database has been widely used in recent years and has been valued by the medical engineering community in China. In this paper, three normal ECG records and three abnormal ECG records in the database were selected to perform variant measurement experiments.Patients with abnormal ECG records have the same type of condition. The ECG data provided by the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province is relatively complex.Through classification comparisons, this article selects the P-wave and HEART_RATE waves in normal ECG signals and abnormal ECG signals for variant measurement analysis. The ECG data provided by People’s Hospital of Xishan is rich in content, and more experimental samples are available for selection. In this paper, abnormal ECG data(Ventricular/atrial premature beats,Sinus rhythm)and normal ECG data are selected to perform a variant experiment. In this paper,I reviewed recent research progress in ECG signals at home and abroad firstly. And then the structure and working principle of the variant measurement are introduced. The contents and processing flow of the three data sources are explained in detail. The variant maps under the three data sources are displayed, including one-dimensional variant maps and two-dimensional variant maps.One-dimensional maps are used analyze the local features of the scatter;two-dimensional variant maps are used to analyze the overall characteristics of the scatter. Finally, the feature analysisand difference comparison of the one-dimensional and two-dimensional variant maps of the three data sources are performed. The experimental results show that:(1)The variant measurement model has been well applied in three different data sources.(2)In the variant maps of each ECG data, normal ECG signals have the same characteristic distribution, and abnormal ECG signals also have the same distribution characteristics.(3)The variant maps of each data source shows that the normal ECG signal and the abnormal ECG signal have obvious differences.
