Clinical Observation Of Kuntai Capsule Combined With Zini Foot Bath Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Menopausal Syndromes

Purpose: Through the observation of clinical efficacy of patents who took Chinese patent medicine Kuntai capsule orally combined with Zini foot bath in treatment of kidney yin deficiency menopausal syndromes,to verify that the periodicity warm water foot bath is good curative effect to this disease,to deepen the understanding of menopausal syndromes,broaden thought of diagnosis and treatments,so as to improve curative effect.Method: Chose from December 2016 to December 2017 in gynecologic outpatient clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the female patients with kidney yin deficiency menopausal syndromes were selected,and the patients and their families have informed consent,and they can actively cooperate with the treatment and follow up on time.They range from 45 to 55.The selected 72 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups,treatment group and control group,each group was 36 cases.To observe the clinical efficacy after three courses of treatment,and each course was 21 days.Stop taking other drugs during treatment,and follow-up of 3 months.To observe the changes before and after treatment,using statistical method to observe and analyze the clinical effect.Result: The clinical observation showed that the total effective rate of Kuntai capsule combined with foot bath was 88.89%,and the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.Conclusion: The treatment of kidney yin deficiency menopausal syndromes can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and no adverse events occurred during the treatment.This method is no toxic side effect,safe and reliable,and can be used in clinical application.
