Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough (Blood Clot Hinder Meridians,Disorder Of Lung Xuan Jiang) The Clinical Observation

Purpose: To observe the clinical effects of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in treating cough(blood clot hinder meridians,disorder of lung Xuan Jiang)and prove that the modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has therapeutic effect on cough(blood clot hinder meridians,disorder of lung Xuan Jiang)by comparing with the clinical effects of Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules,And to further explore the clinical application values of the treatment of cough(blood clot hinder meridians,disorder of lung Xuan Jiang).Method: According to the standard of integration and elimination,the total 72 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The subjects in one group were treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules,and the ones in treatment group were treated with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.Evaluating the efficacy of treatments through observing the cough and TCM syndrome of patients before and after treatment.Result: The findings reveal that modified Shentong Zhuyu and Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules have a good effect on cough,and there is no significant difference in cough between them.However,the effect of treatment group is better than the comparison group in the improvement of TCM syndrome.Conclusion: Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has good therapeutic effect for cough(blood clot hinder meridians,disorder of lung Xuan Jiang)and patients hane no obvious adverse reactions.Therefore,I draw a conclusion that Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can be widely used in clinical practice.
