| Purpose: To system evaluate the efficacy and safety of bu yang huan wu decoction for migraine.To provide reliable evidence for clinical.Method: Through computer retrieval Chinese journal full-text database CNKI,Chinese science and technology periodical full-text database VIP,wan fang database,Chinese biomedical literature database CBM,Cochrane Library,Embase.The time of literature retrieval is the earliest date of the database until December 31,2017.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the clinical randomized controlled trial literature of the treatment of migraines was screened out according to the criteria.Methodological quality assessment of included studies was conducted in accordance with the evaluation criteria and tools provided in Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook 5.1.0.The Rev Man5.3 software provided by Cochrane collaboration was used for statistical analysis.If clinical heterogeneity is large,descriptive analysis is conducted.Result:Finally,19 papers were included in the eligible literature.The cumulative sample size of the study was 1822 cases,among them,945 patients were treated.Control group 877 cases.There are two studies using the appropriate randomization method.None of the studies mentioned the allocation scheme concealment,blind method,outcome data incompleteness,selective reporting,and other bias.Compared with the control group of conventional western medicine,the treatment group of buyang huanwu decoction had advantages in total effective rate,headache symptom score,plasma endothelin concentration and so on.Most of the 19 papers included in this study did not report adverse reactions.Conclusion: Existing limited studies have shown that the treatment of migraine is prominent.However,the systematic evaluation included a limited number of literatures and low quality.It is necessary to carry out more design and reasonable,carry out rigorous multi-center,large sample randomized controlled trial to verify its efficacy and safety. |
