Objective:To explore the relationship between the changes of coagulation parameters and the clinicopathological features of patients with gastric cancer by statistical method,in the hope of providing reliable evidence to the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:112 patients with gastric caner getting treatment in gastrointestinal colorectal and anal surgery department of China Japan union hospital of Jilin University are included in our analysis. We selected 127 health people getting physical examination in our hospital by the same time. The examination results of FIB?D-dimer?PLT?APTT?INR were recorded as well as the age?sex?tumor size?pathological type?distant metastasis?depth of tumor invasion?degree of tumor differentiation and tumor location. All the data were managed by statistical method, and we finally get some interesting conclusions.Results:1.FIB level of patients with gastric caner is 3.8±1.01,while 2.3±0.9 in health people, the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);D-Dimer level of patients with gastric caner is 590±734.2,higher than the health group of 28±35.2,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);PLT counts of patients with gastric caner is 290±95.1,higher than the health group of 192.5±73,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);APTT of patients with gastric caner is 29.1±4.3,shorter than the health group of 32.2±3.1,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);INR level of patients with gastric caner is 1.06±0.1,higher than the health group of 1.01±0.1,the differences do not show statistically significant(P>0.05);2.Independent risk factors of increased FIB level in patients with gastric cancer are depth of tumor invasion(P=0.026),tumor size(P=0.030)and the occurrences of distant metastasis(P=0.01);3.Independent risk factors of increased D-Dimer level in patients with gastric cancer are age(P=0.012)and depth of tumor invasion(P= 0.014);4.Independent risk factors of increased PLT counts in patients with gastric cancer are gender(P=0.040)and depth of tumor invasion(P=0.016).Conclusion:1.The FIB?D-Dimer and PLT level of patients with gastric cancer is higher than health people, while the APTT of patients with gastric cancer is shorter than health people and the INR level shows no statistical difference between these two group;2.Depth of tumor invasion, tumor size and the occurrences of distant metastasis are independent risk factors of increased FIB level in patients with gastric cancer;3.Age and depth of tumor invasion are independent risk factors of increased D-Dimer level in patients with gastric cancer;4.Gender and depth of tumor invasion are independent risk factors of increased PLT counts in patients with gastric cancer;5.Elderly female gastric carcinoma patients with larger tumor size?deeper depth of invasion and occurrences of distant metastasis prone to clotting abnormalities.
