The Clinical Study Of Small Pinelliae Decoction Treating Nausea And Vomiting After NSCLC Chemotherapy

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of small pinelliae decoction treating nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: 53 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(n = 28),and the control group(n=25).The control group were treated with tropisetron injection combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection while the experimental group was treated with small pinelliae decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:(1)Nausea and vomiting:On the first day of chemotherapy,9 cases of nausea and vomiting were found in the experimental group and 12 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),which was comparable.From the second day to the 7th day,the number and degree of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(2)the effect of nausea and vomiting: the experimental group(24 cases were cured and 4 cases improved)was better than the control group(14 cases were cured and 11 cases improved),which was comparable(p<0.05).(3)KPS efficacy evaluation: there was no statistically significant for the KPS score(p>0.05)which was comparable before and after treatment in the two groups.(4)In the experimental group,3 patients were given metoclopramide injection,accounting for percent 10.7 of the total cases,and 7 patients in the control group were given metoclopramide injection,accounting for percent 28 of the total cases.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrolyte between the two groups before and after chemotherapy(p>0.05),which was comparable.Adverse reactions after chemotherapy were mainly dizziness and constipation.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The small pinelliae decoction combined with tropisetron injection and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was better than that of tropisetron injection combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy.It can effectively improve the nausea and vomiting caused by combined chemotherapy of lung cancer,improve the quality of life of the patients,reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,and provide the treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.
