The Study Of Clinical Observation On Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Rteated By Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin And Activating Phlegm

Objective:Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most important complications of diabetes mellitus and is the first blinding eye disease in the working population.A large number of studies have shown that early detection and prevention of DR is particularly critical,delaying the DR process is also important,but Western medicine for this lack of effective treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has a solid theoretical and clinical basis for treating DR,and has a strong development prospect,this study aims to observe the effect of improving the control of Dr by benefiting Qi,nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and eliminating phlegm.Method:This study is a prospective,randomized controlled study,from December 2015 to December 2017 in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital ophthalmic treatment of diabetic retinopathy patients,randomly divided into a test group(Ming mu xiao meng pian)and control groups(Calcium Dobesilate Capsules).To observe the visual acuity,fundus changes,fundus fluorescein angiography,Degree of macular edema,TCM syndromes,liver and kidney function,hemorheology,the data will be entered into the database before taking medicine,4W,8W and 12 W patients.Using SPSS17.0 statistic software,the two groups of samples were compared,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:1.Visual function improvement in each group(best corrective Vision)The visual acuity of 4w,8w and 12 w after treatment was increased before treatment in the experimental group and control groups,and there were statistical differences in statistical examination(p<0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no statistically significant difference between group 4w,8w and 12 w after the treatment group(p>0.05).2.Improvement of fundus conditions(Macular center thickness,macular retinal thickness,microvascular tumor)There was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of anterior macular center and the anterior improvement of macular region in the treatment group and control groups(p>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the treatment of microvascular tumor after 12 w in the experimental group and Control groups(p<0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no statistically significant difference between the group and the control group in the 12 w Posterior macular center concave thickness,the macular retinal thickness,the microvascular tumor.3.Comparison of hemorheology in each groupThe total blood low viscosity,the whole blood high shear viscosity,the erythrocyte aggregation index,the plasma viscosity and the ESR decreased before the treatment group was treated with 12 w,the statistical difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no statistically significant difference between group and treatment group after 12 w total blood low viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,plasma viscosity and ESR Group(p>0.05).4.Comparison of syndrome scores in two groupsThe syndrome score of TCM and treatment group were decreased after 4w,8w and 12 w,and statistically difference was p<0.05.Comparison between groups: the comparison between group and control group in TCM syndrome score was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Safety AssessmentThe changes of Glu,HbA1 c,ALT,AST,UA and CR after 12 w were not significant,and no statistically significant difference was confirmed by statistical test(p>0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no statistically significant difference between group and treatment group after 12 w Glu,HbA1 c,ALT,AST,UA,CR Group(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin,activating phlegm and expelling sputum to treat non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the best corrective vision,reduce the micro-hemangioma,improve microcirculation and improve TCM symptoms.2.Supplementing Qi,Nourishing Yin and activating phlegm to remove sputum to treat non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in the treatment without serious ocular complications and systemic adverse reactions,liver and kidney function without damage before and after treatment,indicating that it is a safe treatment program.
