ObjectiveOutside this topic is based on Chinese Medicine Treatment of gout washing a Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials,to scientific and standardized in evidence-based medicine Angle to evaluate the effect of Chinese Medicine to wash the outside intervention gout and adverse reactions,and provide evidence-based support for Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of gout.With Traditional Chinese Medicine to wash the evaluating methodology randomized controlled trials for the treatment of gout,to evaluate its efficacy and clinical trial design,provide clues and ideas for future research,improve the quality of clinical research of Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment gout.MethodsComprehensive search Chinese biomedical literature database,China academic literature network database,CNKI,Chinese biomedical database VIP,WAN FANG journals,PubMed,Embase database medicine database,Cochrane collaboration center registration database.From January 1997 to June 2017.According to the key words,subject and text search combined with free retrieval and access to the full text.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literatures were excluded and the quality scores were excluded by the two independent extraction literatures,and then use the Review manager 5.3 software for statistical analysis.ResultsThe Meta-analysis of the treatment of gout washing in Chinese herbal medicine was finally included in 14 literatures,including 1553 patients with gout.All the treatment groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine washing,and there were 7 basic treatments,mainly including drinking water,low-purine diet,anti-smoking alcohol and other measures.The control group was western medicine,and 2 case use external Diclofenac cream;1 case oral Etoricoxib tablet;1 case for blank liquid and NSAIDs;1 case for use external Indometacin Cataplasms;4 is use colchicine tablet or with benzbromarone tablet or allopurinol tablets or NSAIDs respectively;2 case NSAIDs with allopurinol tablets;3 case oral allopurinol tablets;Meta analysis is shown as follows:1.The Clinical total effective rate RR value and 95% CI = 4.30 [2.43,7.60],P<0.00001.2.The Index of joint pain rate MD value and 95% CI =-0.80 [-1.70,0.10],P=0.08.3.The Joint tenderness index rate MD value and 95% CI=-0.36 [-0.64,-0.09],P=0.010.4.The Joint swelling index rate MD value and 95% CI=-0.73 [-1.33,-0.13],P=0.02.5.The Joint activity disorder index rate MD value and 95% CI=-0.26 [-0.39,-0.14],P<0.0001.6.The Erythrocyte sedimentation index rate MD value and 95% CI=-8.55 [-17.57,0.46],P=0.06.7.The C-reactive protein index rate MD value and 95% CI=-3.20 [-4.57,1.83],P<0.00001.8.The Uric acid index rate MD value and 95% CI=-3.20 [-4.57,-1.83],P<0.00001.Conclusion1.The Total curative effect of external washing in Traditional Chinese Medicine is better than that of western medicine alone.The clinical total curative effect rate,joint tenderness index,joint swelling index,joint activity disorder index,C-reactive protein index and Uric acid index are obvious.2.Traditional Chinese Medicine external washing treatment Gout in improving ESR and joint pain index are match.3.Traditional Chinese medicine are treated by clearing heat and detoxifying,activating blood circulation,relieving pain,clearing collaterals and removing swelling,expelling wind and removing dampness,that can quickly relieve acute gouty arthritis joint pain and swelling and other discomfort.4.The general published bias and the low evaluation of literature quality are common in the clinical study of external washing in Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating gout,but it has a certain influence on the strength of the argument.5.The Chinese medicine external washing is effective in treatment gout,and it is worth promoting.
