Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Shugan Anshen Footbath Decoction In Patients With Sleep Disorder After Laparoscopic Liver Cancer Surgery

ObjectiveThis study was conducted to study the effect of Shugan Anshen Footbath Decoction on sleep in patients with sleep disorder after laparoscopic liver cancer surgery,to explore the clinical efficacy of Shugan Anshen Footbath Decoction in patients with sleep disorder after laparoscopic liver cancer surgery.MethodsThis study selected 60 patients who diagnosed with sleep disorder after laparoscopic liver cancer surgery,by randomized control,60 patients sleep disorder after laparoscopic liver cancer surgery were divided into two groups,30 in each group.The treatment group used Shugan Anshen Footbath Decoction to soak foot,and the control group used warm water to soak foot,both began on the second night after operation once a day for six days.Before and after treatment,the total PSQI scores and scores of Chinese insomnia symptoms were assessed,to observe the change of the total PSQI scores and scores of Chinese insomnia symptoms,the difference of the total PSQI scores and scores of Chinese insomnia symptoms,and the score reduction rate of tChinese insomnia symptoms.Results1.The total PSQI scores and scores of Chinese insomnia symptoms after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Both the total PSQI scores and scores of Chinese insomnia symptoms of the treatment group and the control group decreased after the treatment,the difference between the two groups was significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant.3.The treatment group and the control group compared each sleep factor after treatment,in which the treatment group had significant improvement in the four factors of sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,the difference was statistically significant;4.The efficacy of the treatment group compared with the control group was 86.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionShugan Anshen Footbath Decoction has the effect of improving sleep quality in patients with sleep disorder after laparoscopic liver cancer surgery,the improvement in sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,and sleep efficiency is obvious,and at the same time,the patient's discomfort can be relieved.
