The Diagnosing Value Of Tumor Marks In Solitary Pulmonary Nodules

Objective: Through retrospective statistical analysis of cases,to explore the diagnostic value of four kinds of lung cancer-related tumor marker test results for different groups of solitary pulmonary nodules,aimed at improving the accuracy of the diagnosis of malignant SPN,to avoid unnecessary diagnosis and treatment of benign nodules.Methods: The patients with solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN)with pathological diagnosis from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into 3 groups according to the nodule diameter: 0 <A group <1cm;1cm <B group?2cm;2cm <C group?3cm,recording the levels of serum carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),cytokera-ntin-19-fragment(Cyfra21-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).and use SPSS18.0 software to analyze the single tumor marker and four tumor markers in each patients group of SPN,and calculate the expression of X2 test of them,to certain the diagnosing value of Tumor marks in solitary Pulmonary Nodules.Results: There was no significant difference in the single tumor markers of CEA,NSE and SCC between benign and malignant SPN patients of A,B and C groups(all P> 0.05).Cyfra21-1 showed no significant difference in the serum of patients with benign and malignant SPN in group A and group B(all P> 0.05).There was a significant difference in the serum of patients with benign and malignant SPN in group C(P = 0.01 <0.05).There was no significant difference between four joint tumor markers in the serum of patients with benign and malignant SPN in group A(P = 0.30> 0.05).There was significant difference in the serum of patients with benign and malignant SPN in groups B and C(P = 0.04,0.007,all <0.05).Conclusion: When 0 <SPN?2cm,the expression of CEA,NSE,SCC and Cyfra21-1 had no clinical value in differentiating the benign and malignant SPN.When the level of SPN?3cm,the expression of CEA,SCC,No clinical value,Cyfra21-1 above the critical value prompted malignant nodules.Serum tumor markers CEA,SCC,Cyfra21-1,NSE joint detection can help to identify 1 <SPN ? 3cm nodules benign and malignant,also can be used as an early diagnosis of lung cancer.The value of United of TMs in diagnosing SPNs excels single TM detection.
