Objective:By summarizing and analyzing the clinical features of the intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and then compared with hepatocellular carcinoma to improve the understanding of ICC,provide more valuable information for clinic and enhance the level of the diagnosis and treatment of lCC.Methods:A retrospective analysis of all patients with hepatocellular carcinoma from January 2012 to December 2014 was conducted at the SinoJapanese Friendship hospital.A total of 172 patients were enrolled in this study. Before the operation, the postoperative progress and the early recurrence of AFP in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after 3 to 8 weeks were examined every 2-4 months after operation.Result:Primary liver cancer 172 cases, the median age of men more common,296 cases, according to the etiology: hepatitis B(134,77.8%),hepatitis C(18,10.3%),non-viral liver cancer(20,11.9%),hepatitis B liver cancer accounted for the majority.Hepatitis B liver cancer patients younger than hepatitis C liver cancer patients,non-viral liver cancer patients with low alanine aminotransferase(ALT).The median level of AFP(375.2 ng / ml)and the median AFP(640 ng / ml)in non-virus-infected HCC were higher than that of HCV AFP(135.8 ng / ml)before treatment for HBV.The comparisons for all groups are based on the AFP levels prior to each treatment. There was a significant association between the AFP rate and progression of patients with liver cancer(HBV,p <0.01,non-viral,p <0.02)at ALT ? 40 U / L in patients with hepatitis B and non-viral liver cancer / L,there was a significant association between the high AFP rate and the recurrence of liver cancer in patients with hepatitis B and non-viral liver cancer(hepatitis B,p <0.001,non-viral,p = 0.007).Conclusion:Primary liver cancer more male patients.According to the etiological classification, the most hepatitis B,accounting for 77.8%.Hepatitis B liver cancer patients younger than hepatitis C liver cancer patients,non-viral liver cancer patients with low alanine aminotransferase(ALT).The median level of AFP(375.2 ng / ml)and the median AFP(640 ng / ml)in non-virus-infected HCC were higher than that of HCV AFP(135.8 ng / ml)before treatment for HBV.Hepatocellular carcinoma and non-viral liver cancer In the case of normal ALT,the high AFP ratio is an independent risk factor for the progression and early recurrence of liver cancer.
