The Difference Of ER,PR,HER-2 And Ki-67 In The Primary And Metastatic Lesions Of Breast Cancer Patients Of Uygur And Han Patients

Objective:This paper aims to study the difference of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer patients of Han and Uygur in the primary tumor and metastases,intend to get its clinical features.Methods: immunohistochemistry(IHC)and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)was detected in 50 cases of Uygur women with breast cancer in our hospital in October 2015-2017 year in October from(with metastasis)and 50 cases of Han women with breast cancer(and metastasis),compare the diverses of the three receptors between the primary tumor and metastasis whether there is any di fference between the stove,and then compare the Uygur and Han.Results: the Uygur ER in primary tumor and metastases in positive rates were 64% and 66%;to PR,the result is 64% and 52%;HER-2 is 26% and 28%,Ki-67 is 66.7% and66.7%.There was no difference between the Uygur primary and metastatic site of the positive rate of the four(ER:P=0.834;PR:P=0.224;HER-2:P=0.822;Ki-67:P=1);the Han : ER were 60% and 44%;PR were 44% and 34%;HER-2 were 36% and 34%;Ki-67 were 70.4% and 68.2%.There was no significant difference between the Han primary and metastatic site of the positive rate of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki-67.(ER:P=0.109;PR:P=0.305;HER-2:P=0.834;Ki-67:P=0.817);(3)there was significant difference in expression of ER between Uygur and Han in two prim ary breast cancer and metastases(ER:2c=4.396,P=0.036);there was no significant difference in the expression of PR,HER-2 and Ki-67 between Uygur and Han in two primary breast cancer and metastasis(PR: P=0.799;HER-2:P=1;Ki-67: P=0.339).Conclusion: there are some distincts in the expression of ER between primary and metastatic foci of Uygur and Han.There is no difference in expression of PR,HER-2 and Ki-67 between primary and metastatic foci in Uygur and Han.
