Objectives:The study clears that the relationship between mental illness patients experience and the psychological contract of perception and the medication adherence through quantitative research questionnaire.In the meantime.it shows that specific treatment in patients with psychological experience and patients and doctors expect,and the influence factors of medication adherence through in-depth interview of qualitative research,which is complement quantitative results.Finally,we hope to make practical Suggestions for future hospital development,so as to consolidate good doctor-patient relationship and promote the recovery of patients.Method:The study uses questionnaire survey research method,the objects of the investigation are 552 psychiatric patients.The questionnaire inclues general situation survey,SERVQUAL scale(investigation of the patient's expectation and experience),doctor-patient psychological contract scale(survey was hospitalized psychological contract expectation and perception),and Morisky scale(patients medication adherence survey).The statistical methods mainly include:descriptive statistics,independent and paired sample t test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.At the same time,13 patients were selected for in-depth interviews by means of the sampling method,and the Colaizzi7 analysis method of phenomenology was used for analysis.Results:in this survey,552 psychiatric patients,including 358 patients(64.9%)of the people's hospital of wuhan university,and 194 patients(35.1%)of the mental health center in jingshan county.The object includes 294 males(53.3%)and 258 females(46.7%).The number of patients with depression was 241(43.7%),213(38.6%)in schizophrenia and 98 in other mental disorders(17.8%).In the study,the expected average of the medical service quality expectations which is patient expectation is 7.14,and the expected average of the patient's medical service quality perception which is patient experience is 7.06.which in the visibility and economy of these two dimensions on the patients experience significantly less than expected;The mean value of psychological contract expectation was 4.27,and the mean value of psychological contract perception was 4.16,which was significantly greater than perceived value in the development dimension,immediate dimension and relationship dimension.The mean score of the patients medication adherence is 4.87,and 66.9 percent of the patients had poor adherence with the medication.The basic characteristics of patients have different influences on patients' expectation of medical treatment,patient experience and psychological contract expectation,psychological contract perception and medication adherence.There was a significant positive correlation between the various dimensions of the patient experience and the psychological contract perception and medication compliance.Conclusions:this study found that patient experience is lower than expected,and psychological contract perception is also less than psychological contract expectations.So the hospital still have some parts need to be perfect The study found that patient experience can significantly affect the patients' psychological contract perception and patients' medication adherence,which means that providing good patient experience can improve the satisfaction of patients.Reducing the patient psychological contract perception can build the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.At the same time,it also can improve the medication adherence of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
