Objective:to evaluate the role of CT combined with nasal endoscopy in the diagnosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods: A total of 184 patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis were diagnosed by preopreative CT from august 2015 to december 2017.The 184 cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis patients diagnosed by CT were combined with nasal endoscopy in the diagnosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis.Postoperative pathological results was the gold standard to calculate accuracy of CT and CT combined with nasal endoscopy respectively.Compare whether the accuracy of both is statistically significant.SPSS 16.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results:The accuracy of fungal maxillary sinusitis diagnosed only by CT were 75.8%.The accuracy of fungal maxillary sinusitis diagnosed by CT combined with nasal endoscopy were calculated as 93.0%.CT combined with nasal endoscopy showed the higher accuracy in diagnoses of fungal maxillary sinusitis than CT only,The accuracy difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions : CT had important value for the diagnosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis,CT combined with nasal endoscopy improved the accuracy of diagnosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis. There was a higher significance for clinical diagnostic and treatment.
