| Objective:To make a study on the relationship of rapid Urinary Albumin/Creatinine(UACR)and Cystatin-C(Cys-C)level、epicardial adipose tissue volume(EATV)with SYNTAX scores in different coronary artery lesions Patients.Also,make a study on the relationship of UACR and Cys-C level with EATV.Methods:Select 184 patients with coronary lesions in People’s Liberation Army General Hospital cardiovascular internal medicine unit.from January1,2016 to December 30,2017,including 122 male cases,62 female cases.We get EATV by measuring coronary artery spiral CT image.According to the SYNTAX scores from coronary angiography results,these cases are divided into low scores group(140 cases),middle scores group(30 cases)and high scores group(10 cases).Compare UACR、Cys-C level and EATV between different groups,and calculate the correlation between UACR、Cys-C level and EATV with SYNTAX scores.Also,We divided three groups by epicardial adipose tissue volume,points lower volume groups(114.40±12.13cm3,62cases),middle volume group(136.47±4.12cm3,61cases),high volume group patients(159.54±9.59cm3,61 cases).we analysis the relationship of UACR and、Cys-C levels with EATV in different coronary artery lesions patients.Make Multi factor linear regression model of EATV and SYNTAX.Results:1.EATV,Cys-C levels of high scores group is obviously higher than the middle and low scores groups.EATV,UACR,Cys-C levels of middle scores group is significantly higher than the low scores group.High group UACR level is obviously higher than the low scores group(differences were statistically significant,P<0.05)2.SYNTAX scores with EATV related index(r=0.54),UACR(r=0.45),Cys-C(r=0.24).3.UACR level of high EATV group is significantly higher than low scores group(P<0.05).Cys-C level of high EATV group is significantly higher than the middle and low EATV groups(P<0.05).4.EATV with UACR related index(r=0.24)(P<0.05),has non-relationship with Cys-C(P>0.05).5.Multi factor linear regression model showing SYNTAX scores=-26.99+0.055*UACR+8.53*Cys-C+0.221*EATV.That result explain UACR,Cys-C,EATV are risk factors for coronary heart disease(P<0.05).EATV=174.01+0.148*UACR-10.303*Male-0.202*SBP.UACR is risk factor for EATV.Conclusion:UACR,Cys-C,EATV level have a mild to moderate positive correlation with coronary artery SYNTAX scores among patients with cardiovascular disease.They are as risk factors of severity of coronary lesions in patients with CHD.The correlation between UACR and SYNTAX scores and between UACR and EATV are both stronger than Cys-C.UACR maybe superior to Cys-C on the prediction of coronary lesions severity.UACR is risk factor for EATV,but Cys-C has no correa-lation with EATV. |
