Objective:To analyze the impact of ossicular destruction on hearing loss in chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of middle ear,and to provide reference for clinical hearing loss caused by hearing loss. Methods:To collected 217 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media and cholesteatoma of middle ear from January 2013 to January 2018 in the hospital, according to the Clinical Classification and Surgical Typing Guide for otitis media(2012).Sixty-three patients with chronic suppurative otitis media(CSOM group at rest),78 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media(active CSOM group),and 76 patients with cholesteatoma of middle ear(COME group).Analysis the hearing loss(AC),bone conduction(BC),and airborne bone conduction(ABG)hearing values and intraoperative ossicle destruction in each group of patients.Results:1.Comparing the static CSOM group, there was a statistically significant difference between complete auditory ossicles and the destruction of ossicles,air-guidance hearing and ossicular complete hearing, and only humerus floor air conduction hearing(P<0.01,P<0.05);In the CSOM group, there was a statistically significant difference between hearing complete and ossicular hearing loss(P<0.01).2.When only the sacrum floor was left, there was a statistically significant difference between stationary air conduction, active air conduction, and middle ear cholesteatoma hearing(P<0.05).3.In the three groups, there were statistical differences between the ossicular complete destruction and the partial destruction of the ossicles and only the iliac bone floor group. The ossicles were fully integrated in the ossic group during active phase and cholesteatoma. There was a statistical difference in the destruction of the ossicle, the destruction of the ossicle, and the floor of the humerus only(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.CSOM in quiescent period increased with the destruction of ossicles.Heavily guided hearing loss increased.CSOM increased bone conduction loss with ossicle destruction during active period.COME decreased with ossicle destruction and aggravated hearing, but decreased degree and ossicle. The chain has no obvious correlation.2.The oscillating CSOM of the ossicular destruction only left the humerus floor was heavier than the active CSOM and COME hearing loss.3.Compared with COME,static CSOM and active CSOM have a small proportion of ossic destruction and less damage.
