Clinical Case Report Of 10 Cases Of Complicated Root Canal Treatment

Objective : Using K3 nickel titanium crucible and root canal microscope,root canal treatment was performed on the abnormal root canal number,abnormal root canal morphology and unclosed apical teeth,and the effect after treatment was observed.Methods:Select nearly 3 years in our hospital for treatment of apical periodontitis or pulpitis in patients with X-ray films and under the microscope root canal diagnosis of complex root canal complex with 10 teeth under the microscope,the use of nickel titanium file preparation root Tube,use calcium hydroxide temporarily closed a week.Referral wash dressing,temporary closure.At the time of referral check the root filling up to the standard,filling the root canal,filming the root canal piece,elective crown repair.Through preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative six months X-ray film,combined with clinical symptoms and clinical examination,analysis of the treatment effect.Results: There were no missing root canals in all 10 teeth.No complications such as side canal puncture,step formation,and broken instruments were included in the operation,including two cases of teeth treated with MTA for root canal barrier,according to the recent evaluation criteria.Of the 10 patients,there was no reaction within one week after treatment.After six months to one year,the clinical diagnosis was normalized.According to the long-term evaluation criteria,10 X-rays of the affected teeth showed just filling,the root canal filling was compact,the original root canal lesions were reduced or disappeared,and the lesions healed well.Conclusion:Preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative radiographs of X-rays are performed through multiple angles,and the use of a microscope can increase the detection rate of multiple tubes.Through the use of K3 nickel titanium technetium combined with root canal technology,the therapeutic effect on complex root canals is significant.
