Pituitary Prolactinoma Treatment Strategy Selection

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the curative effect of comprehensive treatment of pituitary prolactinoma by drugs,surgery and medicine,and to explore the best treatment plan of pituitary prolactinoma at all levels.Methods: The clinical data of patients with pituitary prolactinoma treated with different treatment regimens from 2014 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The 76 patients were divided into three groups according to the different reatment plans.Among them,the drugs 36 cases in the treatment group,29 cases in the operation group and 11 cases in the comprehensive treatment group.The clinical data of each group were analyzed.Results: The effective rate of drug treatment alone was 90%.The cure rate of pure operation and surgical treatment was 91% and 80% respectively.Conclusion: 1.Surgery and dopamine receptor agonists are pituitary prolactinoma an effective treatment strategy.2.For pregnant women with pituitary microadenomas expected,the preferred drug treatment.For invasive pituitary prolactinoma,the proposed comprehensive treatment of surgical drugs.3.Pituitary prolactinoma treatment options should be personalized,different patients choose the appropriate treatment options,can improve the cure rate of the disease disease,so that patients benefit.
