| Purpose:By analyzing the use of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,super lattice co2 laser pulse,surgical removal of the three kinds of treatment methods into the research on standard 189 sample skin nevus cell nevus lesion cases of cure rate,the recovery,inefficiency,and the recurrence rate,to study the efficacy of different treatment methods,satisfaction,and side effects,choose to remove skin pigment nevus for patients with late sample skin treatments to provide the corresponding reference.Method:The patients who received clinical diagnosis of skin nevus in the department of dermatology of Shenyang seventh people's hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were collected,and 189 patients who met the research criteria were enrolled.There were 64 males and 125 females.According to the selected treatment methods,the group was divided into: cryotherapy group,laser group and surgery group.Among them,37 were cryotherapy,54 in laser group and 98 in the surgery group.Basic information records of patients and the clinical manifestation,to the patients with replacement treatment process and matters needing attention,the preoperative skin lesions and postoperative lesion in the same light and save the photograph,signed informed consent to surgery.The age,sex,distribution of skin lesions,treatment methods and total number of treatments were calculated.The institute's collection of cases by dermatologists combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment by professional dermatologist for operation,the surgical patients with histological pathology specimens 5 by professional technicians,through professional skin pathology doctors after reading microscope and combined with the clinical final diagnosis.Screen does not meet the inclusion criteria and information recorded cases of incomplete,after analyzes into the patient's data,using SPSS23.0 input data analysis software,measurement data using the single factor ANOVA test,counting data powerusageeffectiveness said,compared with chi-square test,P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Result:1.In this study,there were 64 cases of male patients,33.86%,and 125 female patients,accounting for 66.14%.Among the 37 people in the cryotherapy group,13 males(35.14%)and 24 females(64.86%).Among the 54 laser groups,18 males(33.33%)and 36 females(66.67%)were male.Among the 98 patients,33 males(33.67%)were males and 65 females(66.33%).There was no significant difference in the selection of treatment methods between the groups.2.In this study,the patients were between the ages of 12 and 76 and were mainly concentrated in the age group between 30 and 50.The age of the cryotherapy group was between 17 and 62 years old,with an average age of 40.27 ± 11.10 years.The age of the laser group was between 12 and 72 years old,with an average age of 38.00±13.40 years.The age of the patients in the operation group was between 12 and 76 years old,with an average age of 36.00 ±13.80 years.There was no significant difference in age composition between the treatment groups in the choice of treatment.In this study,there were 111 cases of skin lesions in the face and neck,39 cases of trunk injury,and 39 cases of limb loss.There were 37 patients in the cryotherapy group,23 cases of skin and neck skin lesions,8 cases of trunk injury and 6 cases of limb loss.There were 54 patients in the laser group,29 cases of skin and neck skin lesions,14 cases of trunk injury and 11 cases of limb loss.Among the 98 cases,59 cases of surface and neck skin lesions,17 cases of trunk injury and 22 cases of limbs.There was no statistically significant difference in the composition of the three groups.3.In this study,there were a total of 111 cases of skin lesions in the face and neck,39 cases of patients with skin lesions and 39 cases of limb loss.There were 37 patients in the cryotherapy group,23 cases of skin and neck skin loss,8 cases of trunk injury and 6 cases of limb loss.Of the 54 laser groups,29 cases were skin lesions,14 cases of trunk injury and 11 cases of limb loss.In total 98 cases,59 cases of surface and neck skin lesions,17 cases of trunk injury and 22 cases of limb loss.There was no statistically significant difference in the composition of the three groups.4.In this study,three kinds of treatment methods,cryotherapy group and laser group in cure rate,efficiency and patient satisfaction were significant differences in the surgical group and cryotherapy or laser group in cure rate,inefficiency,and patient satisfaction statistically significant surgical treatment group,the total cure rate was 89.80%,significantly better than the cryotherapy or laser group,no efficiency was 10.20%,significantly lower than the cryotherapy group and treatment group.5.No scores all lesions were sent after histopathological biopsy pathology room do,found that a total of 98 cases of patients,the pathological diagnosis of 87 patients with nevus cell nevus,border mole 24 cases,44 cases of intradermal nevus,mixed nevus(19 cases),patients with pathological diagnosis of dermatofibroma for 4 cases,the pathologic diagnosis of seborrheic keratinization disorder patients for 5 cases,the pathologic diagnosis of patients with verruca vulgaris for 1 case,the pathological diagnosis for the number of patients was 1 case of blue nevus,total coincidence rate was 88.78%,the overall misdiagnosis rate was 11.22%,in patients with pathological biopsy did not see the progression.Conclusion:1.This study will be liquid nitrogen cryotherapy therapy,super lattice co2 laser pulse and the surgical treatment and pathological biopsy three methods to compare the effect of nevus cell nevus,liquid nitrogen cryotherapy therapy with ultra pulse co2 laser treatment of dot matrix effect quite;The results showed that the therapeutic effect was better than that of the group and the laser group,which could significantly improve the efficacy and efficiency of the patients and reduce the inefficiencies.This is consistent with previous research reports.2.The surgical treatment can one-time radical excision of between 0.1cm and 1.0cm in diamete nevus cell nevus tissue,and by pathological biopsy diagnosed,can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis rate,in order to avoid delay in treatment,it is cryotherapy treatment and the advantages of laser treatment can't do it.3.If the skin lesions of the original nevus cells were not eliminated after the treatment of 1 to 3 times of superpulsed carbon dioxide laser treatment,the patient should be advised to remove the nevus of the nevus and prevent the malignant transformation.4.Pathological diagnosis is the gold standard for the diagnosis of nevus.Skin nevus cell nevus has been divided into the category of benign tumors,but because in recent years the increase of the malignant transformation research of nevus cell nevus,should improve the degree of attention to the recurrent nevus cell nevus,for recurrent nevus cell nevus pathology diagnosis should be removed completely and,if necessary should be increased further immunohistochemical examination,such as increase diagnosis rate. |
