The Treatment Method Of Angle ? Different Growth Period

AIM:To explore the treatments of Class ? in different stages of growth.object and treatment method:Six Angle Class ? patients were selected to research.Three patients were selected,whose bone age were in the early stages of growth and development;Case 1,Both sides of the first molar were neutroclusion,anterior was overbite,mandible counldn't move back to counter blade,diagnosed was dental malocclusion Angle Class ?.Case2,Both sides of the first molar were neutroclusion,anterior was overbite,mandible counldn't move back to counter blade,diagnosed was dental malocclusion Angle Class ?.Case3,Both sides of the first molar were mesioclusion,incisors were cross bite,mandible cannot go back to counter blade,Diagnosed skeletal Class ? malocclusion,We decided to use the two-phase to treat these patient.Based on the diaganose,In phase I,different methods were chose.Case1,we used moved application,Case 2,we ued 2*4 technique with vertical open loop,made the incisors lip inclination.Case 3,I phase used screw with maxillary protraction and hyperbolic reed,maxillary grow well with the help of screw which open the sutura,with the help of the protraction to move the maxillary forward.Case 4,I phase used FR-?,it relieved the restrict of muscle,so that the maxillary grew freely.Two patients with early permanent teeth were selected who were diagnosed Angle Class ?,both of them had familial inheritance.Both patients and their parents refused to have an operation,so we chose orthodontic treatment.Transmission bracket were chose for this patient with special design of the canine bracket,?elastic used from the beginning of the treatment so that the lower could backwards.Case 6,extracted the upper second molar and the third molar of the lower,later use 18,28 replace the 17,27.use TPA to take care of the anchor of the upper,Damon Q bracket was selected and MEAW archwire was wired.Case 7,an adult patient diagnosed skeletal of Angle Class ?,all teeth have severe abrasion badly,36 was residual crown useless,so extracted it before treatment,move37,38 forward later use 37 as 36,38 as 37,we choose Damon Q with ? elastic from the beginner.Result: Three pregrowth patients were corrected the cross bite after the treatment and got the normal over bite and overject.Case 1,2,U1 lip inclination could see clearly compared the ceph before and after,Case 3 and Case 4 both had the maxillary went anticlocked.A point forward.With function treatment,maxillary grew.Case 5,the relationship of the canines changed better then before.at last of the treatment check the torque.we aim to have Class I of the molar relationship at last.A point changed little because patient was in the last of adolescent.Case 6,the relationship of the canies changed better,with MEAW archwire to check the relationship of the teeth.At last,the maxiilary will go anticlockwise little,the lower changed with clockwise,A point will go forward,the bone changed not clearly.Case 7,38 forward later use 37 as 36,38 as 37,Class I of the canies and the first molar.Conclusion:1.Different treatments for the three pregrowth patients were chose,compared before and after ceph.,all the maxiilary of these patients grew,A point went forward,this means for young patients who have the gorw potential,to treat the corss bite as early as possible can make the maxillary grow normally;with the orthodontic treatment,relieve the factors that restrict the grow of the upper,open sutura,so that promote the grow of the maxillary,at last the facial shape can also change.2.Two adolescent patients with different brackets and systems,the teeth arch moved together,but the rebuilt of the bone couldn't see,this means the treatment for early permanent teeth patient can change the relationship of the bite.But a little change on the bone.3.There have no possible for adult to rebuilt the bone,so that adult orthondtic treatment can only change the torque of the teeth and little movement of the arch,bone rebuilt maynot happen on adult patient.
