Experience Of Professor WANG Yan-hui's In Treating Primary Liver Cancer

Purpose:In this piece,from the collection and analysis of clinical cases to summarize and analyze the curative effect of Professor Wang Yan-hui in the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer,then to summarize and expound its academic thought.Method:In this study,a retrospective survey method was used to collect the medical records of Professor Wang Yan-hui from February 2012 to April 2018.The research is divided into two parts.The first part is the research method.The second part is the case analysis.Establishment of Professor Wang Yan-hui's clinical information database by Excel.Using statistical methods to sum up professor Wang Yan-hui's clinical experience and medication rules.Result:Most patients choose surgical treatment after they were diagnosed primary liver cancer,surgical resection is the main treatment for primary liver cancer.From the statistics of type of pulse,it can be seen that the frequency of string pulse is the most,the second is the thin pulse and the smooth pulse,then the virtual pulse.It can be seen that patients with primary liver cancer are mostly empirical,then there is often deficiency-excess mixing.From high frequency drug statistics for 30 patients with primary liver cancer,it can be seen the high frequency traditional Chinese medicine are Rhizoma Pinelliae,Tuckahoe,Turtle Shell,Tangerine Peel,Virgate Wormwood Herb,Atractylodes,Achyranthes bidentata,curcuma zedoaria,Dragon Bone,Cortex Albiziae,Codonopsis Pilosula,Glycyrrhiza,Oysters,Scirpus fluviatilis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Corydalis.Among them,three are high frequency herb pairs,Rhizoma Pinelliae and Tuckahoe were used 27 times,Dragon Bone and Oysters were used 18 times,Scirpus Fluviatilis Curcuma Zedoariaand were used 16 times,Bitter Orange and Officinal Magnolia Bark were used 5 times.The herb pairs of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Tuckahoe were used mostly,it is also the first choice for dry and wet sputum.Conclusion:Professor Wang Yan-hui has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of cancer for more than 30 years,with solid theoretical knowledge of TCM,and accumulated rich clinical experience,he has hold unique insights in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Professor Wang Yan-hui has got popular and easy understand to explain the etiology and pathogenesis of primary liver cancer,using Xiang thinking to guide the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and forming the idea of the state discrimination of the coupling chain of the principle-method-recipe-medicines.In the term,he takes yin and yang in equilibriumas as thought,and focuses on timely relief of the patient's most painful symptoms,infltrates into the patient's lifestyle details.A t last,his research will smooth out the the treatment idea of primary liver cancer.and do great significance to study the treatment of primary liver cancer.
