Purpose To discuss the clinical risk factors of lung metastasis after breast cancer surgery, and provide basis for guiding clinical screening of patients with lung metastasis. Methods To collect the clinicopathological data of 1370 cases of breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2017.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to study the risk factors of lung metastasis after breast cancer. Results There were 1370 patients in the group, with an average age of48.10±9.793(24-87),among which there were 1258 cases of not lung metastasis and 112 cases of lung metastasis.Postoperative primary lung metastasis of breast cancer patients occurred within 3 years after surgery.Single factor analysis results show that the primary lesion size, the axillary lymph node positive, clinical stage, molecular classification, hormone receptor,KI-67,P53,surgery way, whether chemotherapy, endocrine therapy,CA125,CA153,CEA12 factors had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that tumor size, axillary lymph node,KI-67,P53,chemotherapy,CA125 and CA153 had significant effects on lung metastasis.Among them, primary tumor diameter greater than 2cm,the axillary lymph node positive, high expression of KI-67,P53 positive, serum CA125 andCA153 increased the risk factors for breast cancer lung metastasis. In comparison with anthracycline, anthracycline combined with purple can reduce the incidence of lung metastasis, which is a protective factor. Conclusion The peak of primary lung metastasis after breast cancer is 1 to3 years after surgery,so the follow-up of breast cancer patients should be strengthened within 3 years after surgery. The incidence of breast cancer lung metastasis was higher in patients with the primary tumor diameter greater than2 cm,the axillary lymph node positive, high expression of KI-67,P53 positive,Serum CA125 and CA153 were elevated. The incidence of postoperative lung metastasis can be reduced by the combination of anthracycline and purple chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.
