Malignant tumors are still the leading causes of death.Analyzing the genome of tumor cells is an effective way to obtain new treatments.There are much inconvenience with the existing tumor genome analysis tools,such as:the dependence of character interface operation and language environment.In response to these problems,this paper designs and implements an automatic analysis system of tumor genome data,which improves the efficiency of tumor genome analysis,based on the idea of components.Thesis mainly includes the following parts.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the background and related technologies of tumor genomic data analysis system research.Secondly,based on the application requirements of the tumor genome sequence data,the requirements analysis of the system are completed through the business market demand and business process analysis.Then,according to the system requirements of the analysis,the overall and detailed designs of the system are carried out.The system is designed as a three-tier architecture mode,from bottom to top:data layer,business logic layer and presentation layer;the main functions of the system are divided into five modules,namely user management module,component management module,data analysis module,task matching module and file management module.At the same time,the method of componentization of genetic analysis tools is proposed.Finally,the system implementation is described and the system performance is analyzed.The paper gives the key content of the system implementation,including the function implementation interface diagram and pseudo code.The performance analysis of the system shows that the system is stable and reliable;the system function can reduce the difficulty of using the tumor genome analysis tool and improve the research efficiency.
