The Current Investigation And Strategy Study Ofthe Rural Resexual Mental Illness Service In Wuchang, Heilongjiang Province

This paper investigates the mental health service of the serious mental disease management personnel in 26 township hospitals in wuchang city.Objects and methods:the amount of the 26 towns and townships to severe mental illness management personnel as the main research object,the israelis are county 89 village doctor as supplement,contrast object,as part of the principal and staff,city center for disease control and prevention staff as the main target of interviews,etc.Questionnaires were used as the main research methods,and the questionnaires were distributed with 26 questionnaires and 89 questionnaires respectively,and the recovery rate was 100%,and the recovery rate was 100%.At the same time,the interview method,literature research method and statistical method were used.Results analysis:1.The development of mental health services in wuchang city is relatively slow,and the service level needs to be continuously improved.2.The professional structure of personnel providing mental health services is not balanced,which is mainly based on clinical,nursing and other majors,and lacks professional technical personnel in psychiatry;It is difficult to provide professional services.3.Lack of professional training for mental health service personnel;The training content cannot meet the needs of mental health service;Lack of professional,systematic and long-term learning opportunities.4.The treatment method is single,and there is no suitable and effective treatment method,so as to reduce the burden of patients.5.There are differences in mental health services between different regions and imbalance in overall mental health services.Conclusion:1.The development of mental health services in wuchang city is relatively slow,and the service level needs to be continuously improved.2.The professional structure of mental health service personnel is not balanced,which is mainly focused on clinical and nursing,and lacks the technical personnel of psychiatry.It is difficult to provide professional services.3.Lack of professional training for mental health service personnel;The training content cannot meet the needs of mental health service;Lack of professional,systematic and long-term learning opportunities.4.The treatment method is single,lacking simple and appropriate treatment methods,and alleviates the burden of patients.5.There are differences in mental health services between different regions and imbalance in overall mental health services.Countermeasures and Suggestions:1.Strengthen the training of mental health service personnel,the construction of the team,and optimize the management mode.To the existing mental health service personnel system,effective training,strengthen the mental health service personnel professional ability,build a can meet the need of mental health service personnel;Optimize and improve the mental health service management mode,and carry out innovative mental health service.2.Increase the input of mental health funds and improve the accessibility of mental health services.In strengthening the functions of the government’s important role in mental health at the same time,the increase in patients with severe mental illness of special fiscal funds,relief funds,increase the free drug kinds,increase subsidies to take their medications regularly,at the same time,increase mental health related personnel training and equipment spending.3.Strengthen the communication between different regions,the mental health service work experience sharing,to unified planning in different parts of the work of mental health,improve the overall level of mental health services.4.Introduction of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,strengthening Chinese traditional medicine in the role in the treatment of severe mental illness,gradually permeate "cure not ill",pay attention to the cultivation of the talents of Chinese medicine mental health services field.
