| Objective:to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms, bone mineral density(BMD)and related biochemical indexes in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis treated by Luguxian capsule combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy, and to evaluate the clinical effect of this therapy on postmenopausal osteoporosis. To explore the therapeutic effect of this therapy on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods:sixty postmenopausal osteoporosis patients aged 45-65 years were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=30).There were 30 cases in the treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Lugu Xian capsule(self-made Bushen Jianpi recipe)and pulse magnetic field therapy instrument, while the control group was treated with Zhenmushengu capsule combined with pulse magnetic field therapy instrument. The clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed.Changes of related biochemical indexes and improvement of bone mineral density in 3 months after treatment the clinical treatment of Lugu Xian capsule combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy in the treatment group was described.Effect.Conclusion:1.Comparison of TCM symptom score:there was significant difference between treatment group and control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05),which indicated that the effect of treatment group was obvious in improving TCM symptom score of PMOP patients, but the effect of control group was not clear. The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.Comparison of bone mineral density:there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).3.Comparison of related biochemical indicators:there was no significant difference in blood calcium and blood phosphorus between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The level of alkaline phosphatase in the two groups before and after treatment was more obvious than that in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of total clinical efficacy:the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.01). |
