Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of low dose decitabine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly recurrent refractory acute myeloid leukemia?AML?.Methods:The medical records of 40 elderly relapsed refractory AML patients from May 2014 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The control group?15 cases?were treated with only chemotherapy?CAG regimen?,and the treatment group?25 cases?were treated with low dose decitabine(5-7mg·m-2·d-1)combined with chemotherapy, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total remission rate?ORR?of treatment group and control group was 92%,46%,?P<0.05?,the complete remission rate?CR?was 40%,20%,?P<0.05?.AS to the elderly AML patients with Ecog?2,the total remission rate?ORR?of treatment group and control group was:87.5%,40%?P<0.05?.There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.?P>0.05?.Before treatment, the proportion of bone marrow cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelet count did not affect the curative effect.?P>0.05?.The median survival of the treatment group and the control group were 15 months and 3 months,?P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.The low dose of decitabine combined with chemotherapy is more effective in inducing and relieving refractory acute myeloid leukemia in elderly patients.2.As to the elderly patients with Ecog?2,the low dose of decitabine combined with chemotherapy has a higher response rate of relief than the general regimen.3.The low dose of decitabine had not increase bad effect of chemotherapy,so it has qualified feature in safety.4.The proportion of bone marrow cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelet count had not affected on the treatment effect before treatment on the patient.
