BackgroundHepatocellular carcinoma is one of the world within the scope of the most common malignant tumor,is the third leading cause of cancer deaths liver resection is the most widely accepted and effective treatment method, unfortunately, postoperative recurrence rate is high often results in patients unable to survive for a long time of chronic hepatitis b virus infection is the most common worldwide,a risk factor for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),accounting for more than 50% of the cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, especially in our country, may reach 80%,chronic hepatitis B virus infection can promote postoperative recurrence and residual liver function damage, reduce the related liver cancer surial in patients with hepatitis b,hepatitis B virus replication can also promote the recurrence of liver cancer, cause excessive inflammation and liver fibrosis after liver resection, the possible reasons for HBsAg endoplasmic reticulum can improve the level of cell cycle protein accumulation in the cytoplasm, cause oxidative stress, accelerate DNA damage, induce the formation of liver fibrosis.HBsAg quantitatively reflects the transcriptional activity of cccDNA and the amount of DNA in the hepatocytes,so that he cannot rely on the immune control state of viral infection with viral DNA load. There is evidence that serum HBsAg level is an important indicator of HBV-related liver cancer prognosis.Even if HBV DNA was low, preoperative HBsAg was highly correlated with postoperative recurrence. For liver cancer patients, preoperative HBsAg quantification is essential. The titer of HBsAg is related to a variety of clinical factors. With the development of detection technology, the quantitative research on HBsAg is getting more and more attention. However, there are relatively few studies on the quantitative clinical relevance of HBsAg.ObjectiveTo explore the influence of serum HBsAg quantitatively related clinical factors in HCC patients,to discuss the quantitative level and prognosis of HBsAg in HCC patients, and to clarify the quantitative therapeutic effect of HBsAg on HCC guidance patients.Materials and methods1.A retrospective study was conducted on 118 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from October 1,2014 to October 1,2016,and treatment of choice in patients with hepatitis B surface antigen positive without antiviral treatment,92 cases of patients with basic information collection, including the baseline data of the patient's medical records data hematology index test results of the patients, and in patients with abdominal imaging index more than the result of CT imaging, tumor biology behavior index in intraoperative pathologic data collection.2.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data. The non-conditional Logistic regression model was used to explore the relationship between HBsAg quantitative level of HBsAg patients in hepatocellular carcinoma patients and the clinical indicators of patients.Results:1.The single factor results show that the patients' gender, history of allergies, red blood cell count, lymphocyte count,AST,ALT and liver function of PA,patients serum AFP level, tumor size, immunohistochemical Ki-67,HBV DNA replication,BCLC staging are influencing factors of the HBs Ag quantitative level in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the differences between the twelve variable level have significant statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Multi-factor binary Logistic regression analysis results showed that: The HBs Ag quantitative level in HBs Ag positive patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is correlation with the gender, level of HBV DNA copy,ALT,PA level, the different distribution of the four factors have significant correlation. Conclusion: The serum HBs Ag was higher in serum than in women with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).In that patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma, the higher ALT level in serum, the lower the level of PA in serum and the mass replication of HBV DNA,the higher the quantitative level of HBs Ag in patients' serum.
