With the improvement of people's living standards and attention to dental health, the traditional dental treatment scheme has been unable to meet the clinical requirements. The dental treatment scheme is becoming more and more accurate. The three-dimensional reconstruction of dental image based on computer vision and computer graphics has become the focus of clinicians. The three-dimensional finite element model of the tooth and root canal based on Micro-CT scanning data can accurately reflect the anatomy and structure of the tooth and root canal system. It provides a solid foundation for the study of the three-dimensional shape and structure of the tooth and root canal system, the biomechanical analysis of the dental tissue and the smooth progress of root canal therapy. This paper mainly focuses on the preprocessing and 3D reconstruction of dental CT data, and proposes a filtering algorithm for dental CT images.Through the extraction of the interested dental pulp region by the segmentation of the filtered image, the three-dimensional reconstruction technique is used to visualize the teeth and pulp, and the three-dimensional structure information of the teeth and the pulp is obtained, and the clinical root is used as the clinical root.Tube therapy provides help. The main work is as follows:(1)in view of the interference of the dental CT image in the acquisition process, through the analysis of the principle of CT image imaging and the image acquisition environment, this paper adopts a filtering algorithm combining the wavelet and the bilateral filtering, and filters the low frequency partial wavelet coefficients by bilateral filtering, and uses local self adaptation to the high frequency partial wavelet coefficients.Threshold filtering method is used for filtering, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified from three aspects:peak signal-to-noise ratio, structural similarity and 3D reconstruction effect.Experimental results show that the algorithm can not only remove image noise, but also preserve the edge details of the image.(2)in order to accurately segment the interesting dental pulp region from the tooth image, this paper studies the working principle of the PCNN model and the improved model of the PCNN model, and analyses the mathematical model and operation characteristics of the SCM model, and obtains the relationship between the maximum iterations of the model and the dynamic threshold. At the same time, the base of the model is put forward. The maximum inter class mean variance of the minimum class mean value is determined by the uniform characteristic of the image gray distribution, and the maximum iteration number of the segmentation is determined, and the validity of the algorithm is verified by the experiment.(3)in order to obtain the three-dimensional reconstruction model of tooth and pulp, the algorithm of face rendering and volume rendering is compared, and the parallel contour line reconstruction algorithm is used to reconstruct the dental CT image, the filtered image and the segmented image, and the three-dimensional reconstruction effect of the tooth and the dental pulp is visualized and analyzed in order to reconstruct the three-dimensional reconstruction of the tooth and the pulp. The effectiveness of the filtering and segmentation algorithms mentioned above is analyzed. The edge features of the reconstructed teeth are continuous, the pulp cavity is clearly visible, and the various regions in the view are also obvious. The reconstruction effect meets the clinical requirements.
